Over cooked, fried white cheddar bites. Hard to chew, tasteless.
I had a great experience here. The manager was very friendly and the young girl who took my order was smiling, which is nice to see nowadays. The food was hot and delicious. I recommend this place to all my co- workers. Thank you.
Although the concept of fried pickles makes an interesting food topic, I wouldn't order it next time not because its bad but it is way too salty for my taste. Everything else in the menu is great
Had to wait for our takeout for around 15minutes, but it was well worth the wait. Everything was freshly prepared and very delicious.
Really starting to bug me! Third time I order a Zaxbys club and I get this! Grilled chicken and look at the amount of fries and this was a face to face order....either they can’t hear or read when making the order ????♂️
I had to wait to be served on the inside counter. The line cooks saw me waiting but choose not to tell anyone. My salad was not prepared correctly. The cucumber, tomatoes, egg,and other vegetables were not cut to bite size. I had to do it myself. And I had to guess the tables had not been cleaned recently by the crumbs and drink marks on them. I will not be going back.
Quality has gone down in the last few years. Constantly screwing up online orders. Portion sizes always change. Sauces forgotten. We're given a container of seasoning when we ask for extra seasoned fries through the APP! All I get are shortcuts in my meal. Will not be buying from this location anymore after 6 YEARS OF LOYALTY.
Great place for everyone's tastes. Salad, wings or a sandwich...Zaxby's has you covered.
