Friendly staff, clean dining room, and yummy food. The chicken tacos were amazing!
Went here for the first time a few months ago and found a hair in my food. Wife and friends went here a month ago and found a hair in one of their foods. Wife just got us some tonight and there was a hair in ours again. Clearly the people making the food are either not clean shaven and it’s falling from a a beard or they’re not wearing hats like they should when making food. Now we have been here many other times and it was fine but 3 times now with the hair come on… Will never come back to this store again. This is absolutely disgusting
Really good chicken wings love the inside we are going to come here again
Was sitting in the drive through for less than a minute, genuinely, after the man at the speaker asked if we wanted to try the mr. best meal debating if we wanted to get that. Not even 45 seconds after asking us if we wanted to try their new meal, the same person told us that we needed to hurry because there were two cars in line now. I have never in my life been through a drive through and had that bad of an experience, decided to not eat there and just go somewhere else because of the horrible attitude and impatientness of the man at the speaker, who i assume was a manager?
Chicken is not bad! Pretty consistent food but nothing too impressive. Zaxby’s sauce is kind of disappointing but overall I think that 4 stars is accurate.
Great restaurant! Love the chicken fingers and zalads! They also have excellent sides and sauces. Hot wings are great too. Employees are always polite and for a gourmet fast food place they're really fast. It's also always very clean inside and the amount of seating is perfect. They also have great sweet tea. I do wish they would bring back their milkshakes though, my family really liked their birthday cake shake.
Don’t eat here unless you want to be over charged for something you already been charged for. I paid to get chicken fingers dipped in teriyaki sauce which is an extra fee that I gladly paid but they left many bare spots on the chicken fingers. I asked for an extra sauce to cover those spots Katie the one who claim she made them and said she did them correct argues with me (who is a manager) and would not give me the GM number and said they were to busy to deal with it right now. I want my money back and an apology from Katie for for attitude. Bad customer service all around.
Great service and order was correct at this location. I used the drive through. Employees were polite. They asked if I need salad dressing for the salad. I appreciate that because the Chick-fil-A across the street sure didn't ask! I visited both because my Sister's husband just passed away and I tried to buy everything I could think of to get her to eat. After wasting money and time to get that mess at the other place, she ended up opting to eat her Zaxby's salad. Thank you Zaxby's. You are the best! I'll never forget this. I also appreciate the extra sauce that the other place never even offered...
