We had not been to a Zaxby's in some years. Saw a commercial for their Asian Salad and had to try it. The manager said that a pallet fell off the truck and salad containers along with syrups for soft drinks were damaged. We agreed to have it served with a different container. The Salad was Fantastic. My 4 star rating was because it was obvious the rest room had not been cleaned in awhile. Along with that there was mold under the sink caulk.
Please tell me what's missing??
Why are we paying over 10$ for a salad and it's nothing but the salad that can be purchased for 4$ from Sam's club.
The egg roll is burnt and greasy. #NOTAGAINZAXBYS
I use curbside alot, sometimes I'm waiting for extra 15 mins and have to walk in to get my own order. This time it cane out fast, but I asked for light ice in my drink and the cup was loaded with ice almost to the top. Also all the time I ask for BBQ I still get zax sauce and ranch. So I check the bag on a regular. I felt like I would have been happier if I would have just went inside. No more curbside for me, bc I have to go inside everytime to fix the order but this time my drink wasn't right and I took two sips and it was gone, I paid to upgrade my drink only to get what I didn't ask for.
Ordered 3 meals as soon as they opened… But all chickens were cold and they didn’t give any sauces we required. NEVER ate cold wings before in my life.
No wonder why they didn’t have no customers!
came here to get fast service on my way to work. i ordered the 3 avocado wraps with a drink. pull up to the speaker 10 mins after placing an order and told her i had an online order. she tells me to check if i placed it under the right address and time cause she can’t find it so i did. sometimes we make mistakes. i pull around and come back to tell her my information was all correct, this was around 5 minutes later. and she said ok pull around and i’m getting stank looks through the window. takes them about 3 minutes of standing around talking to finally open the window and the dude crinkled my bag in his hands and handed it to me. when i opened my box my food was thrown around. tortillas, lettuce tenders were all separated. my drink was handed to me without the lid on causing it to spill while taking it through the window. will be taking my money elsewhere.
First ! the line was all the way to road !!! I was in the line for 40 min !! 40 min .. and then when I finally order the person was taking my order had a nasty attitude!!! After that it still took 30 min to get my food !! And So now I got my food …. My food is dry and nasty !! I wasted $30 on food !! $30 on food . I would never come back , they lost a loyal customer!! I hope they get it together!!
Food was good. 30+ minute wait at drive-thru. No sense of urgency but they were friendly
Why is the inside closed at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday night? It doesn’t make any since as to why that would even be a thing. The posted hours of operation contradict the time closed today. Was this an ownership decision or was it made by the staff? I see plenty of workers walking around inside but only the drive through is open? Make it make sense, please.
