Gets worse by tha year!! Seems like they hire ANYBODY!!! Food b hard or undercooked!! U don’t get what u pay for.. asking for double fries is a waste of money!! While establishment needs to start over atp!! O and don’t get me started on tha one sided toast
We went through the drive thru on Sunday evening at 6:12. We did not get our food until 6:35 and we had to go into the restaurant to get it after paying at the drive thru. When we opened the sandwich once we got into the interstate it was plain. No lettuce, tomato or sauce! There was no apology for taking so long and the staff acted like we were a burden. We ordered a salad and a grilled chicken sandwich, nothing else.
I've eaten there several times and I used to work there. It took over 45 minutes to get my food today, which wasn't a problem when the place is short-staffed. However, the general manager refused to help me as I had said something to someone about waiting 45 minutes for my food and she pretty much called me a liar and when I tried to complain about it the GM. Yes, general manager would not do anything. She said she couldn't do anything. Refuse to give me contact information to anyone over her. I would not recommend it whatsoever
We walk in and there is trash all over the floor. Every table is dirty. In fact, an employee heard us say where we would sit (to not be under an AC vent) and we were told “this side of the restaurant is dirty”. It was then blocked off with wet floors signs- yes, the entire larger side of the seating area. Then there was no ice. Okay- things happen but I’m not going to drink soda with no ice. I’ll settle for sweet tea. But WAIT I had to tip the tea urn to be able to get enough tea- that had a sticker on it saying it needed to be discarded 5 hours prior to my visit I will add. We were also the only party dining in at the time and waited more than 20 minutes for our order consisting of 2 meals. While waiting for the meals, I noticed that no one on the line has a hairnet on. These employees need better training by management- or you need some to care about their jobs. But by reading other reviews I see people have left- maybe the management is the problem. It was not extremely busy and it did not seem to be short staffed. I would say that I would like a comped meal due to this experience- but I like drinking cool beverages with my dinner. Also not a single apology was offered for how truly ridiculous this all was.
First timer on a recommendation. I wasn't disappointed! The bread/toast was a bit much for me so I just ate the chicken. Deeeelicious! Servers were sweet, walked me through my order. The only drawback is that I had a sleeveless shirt on and it's FREEZING in there. My food got cold before I could finish it, and I had to go outside to thaw out! I'll bring a jacket or drive through next time, but I'll be back.
I got home and half of my chicken tender has already been eaten like what the heck man I am just tryna eat my food but yall hungry at work like fix ya self please!!!!

Would give negative stars if an option. Worst experience of my life!! Customer service is absolutely horrific. Will NEVER eat here again. Food was awful as well. Got my son a grilled cheese kids meal and he complained about how salty it was. I tasted it and gagged. DO NASTY AND SALTY!!
Just sat in drive thru for 30 minutes, had my order taken by someone outside only to be charged for the wrong order so had to wait to get refunded and then get my food.
Kid looked at me like it was my fault. No silverware no straw, salad had sloppy vegetables.This kind of service is why we don't have good places to ear in Lagrange.
