Don’t bother asking to “go big” on your order. They won’t even give you the correct serving size of fries for your regular order and I guess go big means they add 2 fries. I drove home and opened the box and it was 18 fries. This is my closest Zaxbys and I have been coming here for years but lately the servings sizes have been very lackluster. $14-$15 for a wings and things that don’t even have the right portions. Drink was not even filled up all the way either. I get it’s only 80 cents to go big but at least give out the right portions
Staff was openly rude at the drive through to customers. They took our order down wrong, we corrected it at the window, were charged, and then one employee bad mouthed us to other staff as we waited in line. I can understand having a bad night, but knowingly talking bad about customers when they're listening is unacceptable.
Received my salad from the drive through. When I got home to eat it, realized the lettuce was wilted and going bad and the cucumbers were turning brown. Had to take the cucumbers off completely and add my own and pick out all the lettuce that had gone bad.
We always eat here, probably every other day honestly. Until now. Then they didn't want to do anything but, take my number and roll the camera's back because, we work in construction. So, they said they will be giving us a call back. I'm calling corporate.
Picking up lunch @ 12:00, Sunday. We went inside. Short line, quick service and polite. Drive thru was not to busy. Food was good, hot and fresh. Dining room not crowded today.
The store was clean and orderly.
Still missing the best Zalads. Got the Chicken Finger family pack, 20 fingers. After all, fingers is what they do best.
My fries were very old and tasted like they had been refried. Another problem was normally at every other store you can get a sauce instead of ketchup no problem for fries. This store acts like it’s a nightmare to make a request for the sauce you actually want to use instead of ketchup. I would understand had I asked for ketchup and a sauce but I only asked to replace ketchup. I can’t stand overly stingy places that just want to nickle and dime you to death. I generously give my repeat business and the repeat business of our family of 6 to good businesses that look out for their customers and make sure they are happy. Never this place again. Sad cuz it’s close to my home.
I ordered the teriyaki boneless meal and he ordered the chicken fries. My food was cold and his order was lite on chicken. A cashier came to the counter and just stared at me for about 30 seconds and I stared back. Finally, he asked me what I wanted. The person responsible for redoing my order was on the phone the whole time trying to figure out why he found several torn-up pay checks. ????
There was a guy by the name of Edwin who says he is the manager he is very rude. I pulled up to order through the drive way as I am ordering he yells over the speaker at me saying he couldn’t here me so I raised my voice to ask him if he would like me to yell due to him stating he couldn’t hear me. He then tells me to get off the line he will no longer be serving me. I go in the store to speak to a manager and he continues to antagonize me. He asked why I am I in the store because he still isn’t serving me. I asked for a manger he tells me he is the manager and if I would like to report him go call 911 because he refused to give me a number to someone I could talk to. I will never go back there very unprofessional with the lack of customer service skills.
