As far as Zaxbys go, this one’s my favorite. Jack was actively working hard to make my experience great from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. His exceptional service is honestly the reason I’m writing this review. I will be returning because of this. The food came out great, the restaurant was clean. I have zero complaints! When it comes to Zaxbys, this is the best one.
It’s a Zaxby’s so it’s not that great, but I’ve been to worse locations. We went through the drive through. We got the 4 finger plate with fried cheese bites. The chicken was okay- it was very salty. The fries were good and very crispy. The toast was okay. We aren’t fans of coleslaw so we didn’t eat that. The cheese bites were sad. It just tasted like straight up batter. Not even sure if there was cheese in it. Oh, we asked for Buffalo sauce and they gave us ranch and Zax’s sauce. Overall, it was okay for what it is. Don’t think I’ll go back when traveling.
I live a little over an hour away from this location and was actually really excited about eating here because it had been so long since I have. Me and my fiancée decided to get it to go and eat at home. My fiancée ordered a chicken sandwich with large drink, large fry.. I ordered the three nibblerz with a large drink,large fry. Well I get ready to eat mine after we got home and I only get buns. That’s it.. NO CHICKEN! I was pretty annoyed but planned on calling the next morning cause they were closed for the night. We decided to just go back to the restaurant and get the meal fixed. The manager was actually VERY RUDE.. and told us they didn’t have and orders of chicken nibblerz the previous night and they didn’t send any out without chicken. I had taken a picture so I was going to show him, but he wasn’t interested. Instead he said he would give it to us with 10% discount. I feel like that was just a jab, or an insult. I refused and insisted the meal free because I had already paid for 3 nibblerz large fry and drink that hd no chicken. He finally agreed with mean looks and gruts.. He told the worker to get it and when we got it it was 3 nibblerz with small fry and small drink. I told them it was large drink and fry but the worker said "the manager told me to make to make it small". I just said thank you and took it but won’t be back. Worst service ever.
Nobody waited on us when we came in they came out into the lobby and then put out 4 orders before acknowledging us. There was 2 people waiting in lobby whenever we walked in. Wasn't busy inside or drive thru for us to not be acknowledged... We waited 20 minutes on our food. People that came in after us got waited on first...
Not a fan. Service was quick. Fries were burnt, cold and hard, toast was very stale. Chicken strips were far over breaded and had no texture.
Had a conversation with Paul needing to change my DoorDash order and he was than helpful to oblige my request. Thanks Paul
For starters, they got my name wrong. I also always order the Nibbler meal with heavy sauce for about 2 years. I have never received the food how I got it today. It looks as if they dumped the entire bottle of Zax sauce on these Nibblers, making it unappetizing. My sister also order the same exact thing and her Nibblers were as dry as a desert. Where was the confusion in this order? I would personally like to give this zero stars if it was allowed.
