Best WLM Reviews
Very disappointed at how much Zaxby's has changed. I came here for the first time in 10 years and was shocked find how tiny the portions are and the food tastes like processed KFC chicken now. The restaurant and staff were great but y'all better go back to 2012 with the food portions and quality real quick or else you'll lose a lot of business just like Sonny's did.
Not often that I leave a review for a fast food restaurant, but this Zaxbys location is top notch! Staff was professional, facilities were clean and the food was perfect! Fries cooked right and the serving sizes were good! Kudos to the manage here!
Ordered the grilled chicken meal deal got the burnt to death chicken that was smashed and flavorless meal. When I went in they didn't seem like they cared to serve anybody. I was asked if I'd been helped yet I said no and she told someone else to come help me which took 2 minutes. My food sat on the pass through for a few minutes before it was handed to me in it's overcooked glory. Business was slow and service slower. I could have brought it back but I know what can happen to the food that is replaced. Won't be back there, good thing they are near an interstate for more one time victims.
Horrible customer service. Young teenagers in messing around. Never able to get the order correct. They need to have better management in place and should seriously teach customer service skills.
Zaxby's is a favorite of mine when traveling or just out for lunch or dinner. This location was clean, friendly, and well maintained. Will stop hereafaon the next time thru!
Be patient its cooked to order but well worth the wait. They have a friendly staff and the place is clean with great decor. It's one of the nicest food chains around
The place was very cozy, the attention from the staff was excellent, I was able to taste the Cajun Club Sandwich, it was very good, the chicken was juicy, I recommend it 100%. Zaxby’s
Staff were wonderful
Made the entire experience pleasant
I had the limited time shrimp along with the teriyaki boneless wings.
I was happily surprised their teriyaki wasn't overly sweet
The quality of the chicken was sub par.
Shrimp was fantastic and I loved the buttered toast that came with the meal.
