Placed a catering order on a Thursday, 5 days in advance for a lunch on the following Monday. The restaurant accepted the order on Thursday and then over the weekend (Sunday) reconfirmed the catering order. On Monday morning at 9am (2 hours before my food was supposed to be delivered), the restaurant said they wouldn’t be able to do the lunch because it was “outside of their delivery radius”. If that was the case, they should’ve never accepted the order, and then reconfirmed the order, just to cancel the order 2 hours before my lunch leaving me scrambling trying to find someone who could cater my meeting at the last minute. Luckily, McAlisters is more reliable than this Zaxby’s location! Definitely won’t be using them ever again.
This location is sort of hidden from the road - thank goodness for google maps! Our first time trying Zaxby’s and we loved it! Really appreciate that they have a family meal option. Made it quick and easy for a quick dinner choice! ???? also appreciated all the fun decor!
Went through the drive thru. We asked for ketchup & sauce for my hubby's tender plate & they didn't give us any! I didn't know they had grilled chicken for the salad, so I got that as a much healthier option.
Brientel greeted me with a smile and took my order.
I think she may be a genuinely happy person. Either that or it was the end of her shift. LOL. Anyway she is very good at her job. The store is clean and the food was great. It was worth walking across the highway.

Ordered a couple of different meals as well as a 20pc tender meal. Got my party pack fifteen minutes after my regular meals.
Customer Service was fine.
Chicken tenders and French fries were inedibly over salted.
Provided dressing was inadequate to cover the salad and hide ancient tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and more - which should have been tossed hours ago.
The dining room ice machine was empty.
Decor was upsettingly odd, especially the pictures of burning structures. Perhaps anything soft would have absorbed the annoying cacophony din of the dining room. I preferred having not have dined in house ever before.
Additionally, it has been about seven years since I had take-out several times at another unit of Zaxby's. This is by far the worst unit in which I have sought out alimentation. And probably the last and final one.
I had never heard of Zaxby's but my boyfriend insisted we stop on our way home from his folks house in Augusta GA. The service was good the lady behind the counter was very polite. I recommend Zaxbys. Good food. Hot chicken and loved the French fries.
The food was fresh and hot. The salad was great as well. I would definitely recommend this Zaxbys over any other one I have visited. Great place to eat.
