I have been ordering a grilled Cobb salad from zaxbys for over 4 yrs ..2 to 3 times a week and 1st they are the absolute best salad...well not lately...besides paying 15+ dollars for a salad and tea...my salad was pitiful..hardly any lettuce..just terrible I'm so upset with this

1-27-2000 late lunch. This is my first time going to a Zaxby‘s. The location was really clean with a nice modern look with a really good floor plan. It felt comfortable dining in this location. The waitress at the counter was very polite and extremely helpful navigate me through the menu. The food was not bad but good enough in my eyes. I did not care for the food all that much but it was not bad. I would return to this location. Overall good job staff.
Food was DEFINITELY not worth the money 35$ for rubbery chicken tenders and cold fries....establishment was clean ..not busy at lunch time!! plenty of parking
The food was hot and fresh but took some time to come out..the service was great but the table first table i tried to dine at was dirty and the table next to it was dirty also.. beside that everything was great 7/10

The wait is long and the food is not worth it.
Tabitha the "store manager" is rude and very unprofessional.
She decided my waste of gas was not her concern.
I buy my son Zaxbys almost 3 times a week.
Sometimes I buy it for my entire family.
Never complain but once in all the years I've been coming here and the time I complained at night the night manager which is a guy did not have us pull up and waste my gas, so a replacement was ok.
I have spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant
I had to pull up and wait 8 minutes for my food only for them to deliver me (very) small nuggets that she "Tab" agreed was too small,(one was no bigger than my pinky) it looked like something at the bottom of the bag of nuggets.
I had to drive back and request my money back. I had to wait again for a refund, she gave me a refund for the food and not the drink. Why would I want to buy a 2.00 drink with no food. I asked that she remake my food and give me a refund because I wasted my gas pulling up and waiting and I had to drive back to get a refund.
She did nothing to accommodate my gas and time. I will never eat at any Zaxbys again.
Ordered Cobb salad thru drive thru chicken fried. Very little chicken on it when got home. Maybe 1/4 of a tender diced in 3 or 4 pieces. Nothing like have got in the past.
Salad was so good and fresh. Love that I could get grilled or blackened chicken. Will return for healthy options while on the road.
