The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh and hot. It's a little dark in there even at noon. The prices for the food is a little too high so be sure to bring enough money. The restroom is on the small side, but most of the time it's fairly clean. They have a decent selection of ONLY Coke products, which is a letdown.
Every single time I get a drink from this place they fill the entire cup with ice! You might get two sips if you are lucky. Besides that , great service, clean, and everything else is great. Fix this issue, please.
The way the teenagers do orders at night time is terrible they have gotten my order wrong the past 9x or more the day shift is immaculate most of the time, once i got an old salad that made me sick and i took it back And it was still the same hot old lettuce. Not worth the price it costs.
, the teenagers who work at night
It was lunch rush and very busy.
The staff was promptly, smoothly taking care of customers and business with kindness.
It's very expensive.
I get 30 wings for my grandsons.
I do not know how much longer I can afford to buy them?
My order was for wings which takes a long time, but it was correct.
$40.00 for 3 salads like the photo. Ripoff!
This location has fallen apart! I work in another town nearby and LOVE their Zaxby's, but the Athens location is just poor service and has been for too long! I was asked to "pull forward and wait for my food to be brought to me" it never came, I had to go in and get a refund. We love Zaxby's food and it would be nice to see the kind of service Cleveland TN. Has!
So you run out of ice…..instead of telling customers, the kids keep selling customers drinks, leaving customers to find out on their own that there is no ice, this resulting in frustrated customers that will voice their displeasure. The response from the kids behind the counter is to laugh and shrug their shoulders, telling them to eat elsewhere. Pretty embarrassing if I’m the manager.
Go here often food is always great and fresh, everyone is polite and helpful. Keep up the great work!
