I live in the area and have been visiting this Zaxby’s for years. Service has always been quite slow and you could expect to wait 15-20 minutes to place your order and an additional 15-20 after to receive your food. However, the last 2 times I’ve tried getting food here, I’ve ended up leaving after waiting for over half an hour without my order even being placed. I will often see people leave the drive through line after realizing they aren’t moving. I’m not sure if they are understaffed, undertrained, or mismanaged, but I will not be wasting any more of my time at this location.
We are making our way to PA. We will be stopping at food and gas places. This was a great stop at Zaxby's chicken. Everyone from cashier, cook, management we on there toes getting a carry out for 5 adults. Chicken, fries were both a 5 for quality and preparation. What topped the order off was the correctly calibrated sodas and awesome Sweet Tea. Keep up the good work !
The cob chicken salad was very good. Believe it or not, it tasted Fresh! I would go back for another one.
On Friday the 22nd of June after a long day as a Truck Driver I wanted me some good ole Chicken Wings. So after parking walking over to get me some. After walking in. I stood and waited for almost 20 minutes. No Hello or type of Greeting or can I help you. Or we will be with you shortly. So I walked out and their AC was Horrible. I refuse to spend my Hard earned Money on Restaurants that are just Disrespectful. Listen. Please get your People together. Maybe it was an Off day for them. But anyway. No more for me. Pray your experience was better than mine.
Looked very busy and short staffed and everyone working hard. Shout out to Arironne, hopefully I spelt your name correctly if not apologies, she was working the front taking orders and then going to the back helping make orders. True customer service and a leader
Has to be the slowest drive thru in the country. Very disappointed to spend 25 mins in the drive thru line after paying!
Final wait was 45 mins! And I left 2 reviews with Zaxby's website.
Drive-thru service was fast but the chicken strips were dry indicating they were not so fresh. Staff were friendly but should not serve food made too long before order is received.
