I just had the worst experience at this location. I understand teens need a job too but they could at least hire some that take their job more serious. Got one girl taking orders on her personal phone. Got another girl taking employee orders in front our face while we have not been greeted waiting almost 15 mins for our order to be taking. I would have asked for the manger but he probably would have been young too! Mangers do better

Okay, so the drive-through and inside store were closed, but the place was open if you drove up to the window. About 5 kids were working at the window at the same time. They said they were open but that all orders were cooked at the time of order. I told them it was very confusing whether you were even open because of the red candlestick cones, the low lighting, and the sign about the drive-through being closed.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad. There may have been about ¼ of a piece of the chicken on the salad. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag with my food, and I paid $16 for this. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Zaxbys. It was very disappointing, and I will not be recommending this location.
While placing a mobile order, we had some technical difficulties. Upon arrival to the store, the manager Jose went above and beyond to take good care of us ensure that we would not be charged unnecessarily. Though it was very busy, he took his time and gave excellent customer service. Thank you Jose!
Portion sizes going down again think I'm done with this location. Zaxby's has been getting bad all around on price and quality.
No sevice at drive through. Food was okay. Top of one of the nibblers was ripped. Fries were fresh.
I ordered a chicken finger plate with slaw and extra Zac’s sauce…. This is what I got…
Fingers drowned in honey mustard no slaw Ranch Dressing and a piece of bread you could bust rocks with!!!!! There were times of employees working but apparently nobody checking orders!!!!! The fries are the only edible thin in the box!!!
So I can’t bring my family to zaxbys? Due to the fact that ms Julia N was very rude and didn’t smile or do anything with an ounce of customer service. The meals that we got were missing several important parts that we had to keep going back to the counter and get help, wasn’t even given silverware to eat with. Overall a very disappointing visit and I will be taking my family’s business somewhere with proper customer service.
Don’t go in the evening. Buncha kids standing around talking, nobody working. The floor behind the counter was NASTY. It took at least 3 minutes per car in the drive thru. No supervision.
