Update: got home and there was ranch on my sandwich. Said no ranch, she acknowledged with ok but what fo you want to drink?
Ranch is the one food item that grosses me out most.
I was wiping my food with a napkin.
I rarely get Fast food but we are moving from this hood in 2days... hallelujah.
Order taker in line checks to see if they have fizzy punch.. says yup. DT worker says sir, I am telling you we don't have that in our machine. In other words doing half sprite, half punch ( fizzy punch) is too difficult.
This is no where near the 1st time 1 person says yes we have and 2 seconds later, no we can't do that for you. This is the only location we have to deal with that sort of attitude.
Avoid this location!
The customer service was subpar. I wasn't greeted or made to feel welcome; they only asked for a name for my order. When I received my order, it was incorrect. Instead of apologizing, they responded with an attitude, and there was a significant delay in getting the correct order.
This location needs improved customer service training or better management.
AVOID —- they will steal your debit card information. I went to Zaxbys the other night and got some chicken tender tacos off their menu since they are “new” … the young female walked off with my card and went missing for a while and then came back with my card and receipt after a while… I had a terrible feeling and sure enough, today I get a fraud alert on my card for SHAPE WEAR that j didn’t purchase. Love the food but please pay in cash. Can’t wait to report them to the police.
The new signature chicken sandwich is not what the ad looks like. It's good and juicy meat, but it's just a flat chicken patty not crispy at all. I was very full though.
As far as the wings they always skim on sauce so I have to pay .25 cent just to get wet wings and I don't like that, but the wings are always good.
Huge disappointment! First of all, I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the parking lot to get a salad and wings. My drink was wrong. My Cobb salad was puny and was missing half the ingredients!
I foolishly gave this location another chance after several bad experiences over the past couple of years. Today’s experience ruined any chance that I will ever visit the franchise again. Missing items, poorly cooked food, nonexistent customer service at a price higher than it has ever been. You can get better food at gas stations in Savannah (seriously). Avoid this location.
Was very rudely told that the dining room was closed after we already ordered and paid. Took our food home and we had wrong sauces and frys were undercooked and had no seasoning at all. I added some regular salt in the picture.

The nuclear and the insane are mildly hot. The insane tingles the lips a bit, but you wont break a sweat. Their hot sauces are heavy in vinegar, and have no real taste. Zaxbys is great, but I'd stick with the ranch or teriyaki.
They lost 3 stars with my today. Not because if the lackluster sauce, but the broken coke freestyle machine. It was out of vanilla. Who gets any other flavor added? It doesn't matter, this was unacceptable. Unamerican. Unfathomable. In the face of all the drink options... it sums up my zaxbys experience, in whole, zaxbys is limiting.
