We got a kids meal and a kickin chicken sandwich. The grease for frying absolutely was old. I had to drive back thru the drive thru because there were 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and no fries. Get the fries and they were freaking disgusting. Looks like they were old and refried. The grilled cheese wasn’t quite grilled and my granddaughter kept saying Yuck! Wasted money. Should have just waited to get back in my side of town for better service because this wasn’t it.
Since the remodel, management takes great pride in providing excellent service and expeditiously addressing customer concerns. This is reflected through all of the staff. I know that I can count on getting a great meal every time and they’ll be fast enough during lunch that I can eat and get back to work in time.
Always incredible service here! The management team is on point and always quick to resolve any issue. Everyone is so friendly to everyone in our family. Please see Kristina, Kasey or Mrs Karen if you want an outstanding experience. We have eaten at a lot of different locations and this one is by far our favorite location
Ordered a wings and things and got a 6 piece instead. Please check your food before driving away from the Monroe location this is not the first time or will it be the last time this will probably happen here. Does not happen at other locations.
Update: the chicken was so over cooked that I can literally use it as a door stop. The bread was buttered but was not even cooked so it just tasted like butter. Fries were as you would expect fries sitting way to out way to long then served would taste. Could have been a lot better seeing as how I waited 25min in the drive through to get such great doorstops. I have got to start going to another location from now on.
Diego the General Manager was awesome! Great, fast service by him and the crew! Will definitely be back for sure and I recommend anyone and everyone else to come to the Monroe location as well.Cant go wrong with how quick, efficient the service is and how fresh the food comes out!
Diego was awesome! He provided excellent service with a friendly attitude and made our experience memorable. Great food and even better customer service. Thanks, Diego! I love my local Zaxby’s!
On google it says they close at 11pm. The past couple of weekends I have been able to place an order on DoorDash after 10 pm and they’ve taken my order and everything was fine and dandy, yet today on 10/26/24, they canceled my order, turned their online ordering/doordash ordering off and yet they are still open. Disgraceful.
Ordered a Big Zax snack and boneless wings … it took a lil longer to get the food (10 min or so)
I assumed the boneless wings maybe were not prepared so they had to cook … received food .. no fork with the wings … chicken tenders were hot and fresh … fries were warm not hot by no means but….one bite into the boneless wings and they were refrigerator cold … I ate the tenders and trashed the rest VERY DISAPPOINTED for the cost !
