I've used this location twice now to feed our summer camp helpers, and they always come through! Recently, I had an issue with placing an order through the app, but Calvin was incredibly helpful. He quickly resolved my issue and made sure our order was ready when we needed it. His excellent customer service made my day much easier! I appreciate their team going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo, and I was disappointed. I received 10 small pieces of fries, and a tough grilled chicken sandwich - Chicken felt like a piece of hard rubber in my mouth as I bit in to it. It wasn’t worth the $10 and change. I think I’ll try a different place next time.
I came in with my two co-workers to have lunch. I ordered the 4 chicken fingerz plate at lunch time. The food was fresh and tasted good. There was not much of a wait time.
My main suggestion is that when there are group orders, they should make sure to give each order’s sauces correctly. My friend ordered ranch and another hot sauce and he did not receive any sauces. I ordered separate sauces and received all of mine (mayo/ketchup/ spicy zax sauce/sweet and spicy and barbecue). We were given all the sauces I ordered(a couple ketchup, 3 mayo, 2 spicy zax sauce, 1 barbecue sauce and only 1 sweet and spicy), but no ranch or hot sauce in sight. The employee taking orders got annoyed with my friend when he asked him for ranch and sweet and spicy and asked if he was not given enough. And in fact, he hadn’t been given any ranch nor the hot sauce he had originally ordered.
My other complaint is that my other co-worker said his fries had way too much salt. So please mix the fries well after seasoning them. If not some of the fries on top will be way to salty, when they are served.
To have a better experience, make sure you check your sauces and try your fries before you leave.
I always enjoy zaxbys but this time I picked the wrong sandwich. I got the Cajun grilled chicken sandwich it was a nice sized sandwich & definitely juicey but I was not a fan of the flavor(it just didn't taste good to me). The fries and tea were great as usual
Consistently Good Hot Food. The Manager greeted me upon entering, and the entire dining experience was pleasant.
Very good Zaxby's. Food is cooked just right. Most of the employees I've encountered were very nice. Only twice did they not give me the extra sauce I paid for. (I go pretty often, so not bad) Place is always clean.
Friendly service from Kelvin. Very clean dining room. I will happily dine here again.
