If I didn't have to give a star to post a review.. It would have DEFINITELY been a zero rating.. My order was the Grilled Chicken Meal, fries, without seasoning. No ice in my drink.. They gave me a half cup of drink. I asked, "Am I getting half of a cup due to not wanting ice?" I'm not trying to get more drinks. The drink is cold enough for me from the fountain.
My meal is 8.19 total was 8.85
with tax. I asked how the tax was .66? The rude young man who stated he was the manager stated to take it up with the government.
I asked, why I would take it up with the government. Our sales tax is 6%. He stated you want the food or not? Of course I want my meal. are you independently owned for I've never visited this location..No we are franchised..
May I have your name and corporate's number?" Can't give that to you, and they're not going to call you back..The other young people were looking at him as if his smart aleck remarks were funny..he told the young man at the window to not give me my food before I paid..I stated to them..I'm not sure if he's actually the manager or not. He won't give me his name, and I can't read his tag.. From one who has managed in the corporate world myself over 30 years.. Young people don't follow that character of this manager. Your integrity will take you far..distinguish right from wrong.. I've NEVER had issues such as this in another state..

Now I understand the treatment I received so much better now!!!!! ..My breast was tiny..didn't cover the small bun, and my fries were very small, though they weigh them, few in number..I spoke with someone in corporate while awaiting my food..They assured me someone would be calling me from the district..I will see..Of course a gift card was offered..SO DISAPPOINTING ZAXBYS...DO BETTER IN YOUR HIRING!!!! NOT A GOOD LOOK!! BRING SIGNATURE SERVICE BACK!!!

SPOKE WITH SOMEONE..WAS TOLD, SOMEONE FROM REGIONAL WOULD BE CALLING..NO ONE EVER GOT BACK WITH ME AS STATED!!!!!! The rep. and I got disconnected..

I ordered the zenzation salad to go. I should have looked at it before I left the building. The egg roll was over cooked and soggy. The chicken was burned. The drive thru was busy, but I was the only one inside. May think hard before going back.
I ordered on doordash and the food never came. While I was texting my DoorDash driver he said they were being extremely not helpful, they didn’t even give them anything to drink at all. When he went back up there they said somebody else picked it up and it never of been there mind you I had placed the order around 8:00 and it was 2 hours until they finally said they didn’t have the order and somebody else picked it up mind you nobody had picked it up. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on DoorDash cause they are extremely not helpful and doesn’t tell you anything about your order.
This has been a pretty good Zaxby’s and I frequently visit here once a week on kids night. I really like the fact that I can order a salad here with no meat and can get it for a less expensive price. I really don’t like it when businesses charge you the same price with or without meat, so just a heads up you don’t have to worry about that here! On kids night which is Wednesday you can get a kids meal for .99 with any entree, so a Cobb zalad with no meat and kids meal for under $10 is a great deal! I have to say they have the best fries out there,sooooo good! This Zaxby’s is also very clean looking and the wait is usually 5-10 minutes for your order.
Waited 45 minutes in line for a very small order. I've been here so long that my beard has grown another two inches. My daughter who I'm getting this food for, has probably grown old and starved by now. There is no reason for service to take this long. Employees had a lazy, careless attitude. Guarantee they were slugging around not doing what they were supposed to. I will not be returning.
Worst possible wait in human history. Drive-thru cashier doing everything alone and in no rush what so ever. Is he new or what? Never seen a lack of concern for customers in my life. Is the kitchen lacking equipment?
Are they trying to close early? What on earth?! I have worked in restaurantes in my youth so I know there are issues that occur. But nhere was no communication or explanations of a 30 or more minute delay.
I sat in an unmoving drive-through line for over 20 mins. Was unable to get food as I had to get to work.
Not impressed at all. Service was terrible, I asked if they could keep the food separate so we could tell the difference between the wimpy & tongue torch sauce because one was for a kid and we didn’t want him to get the spicy one, when it came out they were both together and when I asked about which one was which the guys said “I don’t know” and just walked away. Moving on we were eating and I found hair in my food. When brought to the managers attention she just looked at me and said “okay and? What do you want me to do about it?” Terrible customer service. My son found a bug in his drink. The list just keeps going on. We are here out of town and just stopped to get a bite to eat. We now know where not to stop when we come back!
