I ordered 3 salads and 2 finger meals when I left opelika area, ordered for pick up. Got there and sat for 20 minutes, after driving there, waiting for it to be ready. Listened to the workers fighting and arguing the entire time. No one has their crap together. There was one lady trying to rein everything in.
Sloppy team
This establishment used to be so good fresh chicken fresh fries everything was good about it. I’m not sure if they had a change in management or what but now it’s not worth the money Went to get dinner got home after not eating all day just open it to see Burnt fried pickles, hard as a rock and the chicken finger plate had two pieces of chicken, the size of a baby’s pinky And fries so soggy it’s like you soaked them in water. Went and asked for a full refund and got told they do not give Refine that their policy. Even though I went ahead and ate the little “chicken fingers” I wanted a full refund for my dinner being Ruined and gas and time wasted going back there. Ended up just getting my money back for the burnt Fried pickles. I will never go back and I would recommend anyone else not eating there also
I have always really liked Zaxbys, but today I was left feeling really disappointed by my experience. I waited in the drive thru like normal and I ordered a large Diet Coke with fried pickles. However, when I got to the window to pay I accidently dropped my card while trying to give it to the worker. This resulted in her slamming the window and walking off to do something else. I kind of sat there confused but I brushed it off. Then the lady came back to the window and practically shoved my drink at me. I don’t know what this woman’s issue was or if she got mad that I dropped my card for some reason, but Zaxbys, you and your employees need to do better. Also my fried pickles were mushy and undercooked.
Absolutele garbage service. Tried to order extra zax sauce and they wouldn’t give it to me, wouldn’t even let me pay for extra. Ordered traditional wings, got boneless in the box. Tried to get them to fix it and they wouldn’t, had to pay for more wings to then get the correct traditional wings. What a bad look for the franchise.
Ordered 2 salads and one looked like someone played with it while the other had everything that I didn’t want on it. Along with the attitudes of the workers, too many kids working in there in my opinion. I just took the loss and tossed the food. Will not be returning there.
Went to the drive thru, there were only 2 cars in front of me. Took 15 min to get to the speaker. Tried to place my order, every time I would place an item the woman would say, “Is that all?” She was so concerned about when my order was going to be done she didn’t even hear my cheese bites order. All I received was a puny salad, with huge pieces of cut up unpeeled cucumbers, no meat and a piece of toast thrown in and a drink for $11.53. Awful!
I went to get my team members lunch tonight around 5pm 2nd shift. I ordered 12 - 4pc tender platters. I had to wait like 20min then they brought my plates out and I told them all 12 platters were missing the coleslaw. They went in for another 10min just to come out to tell me they were out and that all my plates have extra fries to compensate. This don't look like extra fries. And shouldn't they have said something when they first took the order and/or when they first brought the food out. ????
For an $11 salad I was expecting more. The tray was barely half full and maybe had 1 1/2 chicken fingers in it. Very disappointing.
