Best WLM Reviews
My boyfriend stopped by to get some food and this girl in a jean skirt has soo much attitude for no reason. He asked for sauce on his food not on the side, she said ok. We was sitting at a table waiting for his order and they normally call your name out but she walked right up to us as he had his head on the table and plopped the food almost on his head then when he sat up she mean mugged him. She never said anything just mean mugged him for a minute then walked off and we looked at each other like what just happened??? We leave and in the car we see he barely got any fries and the tenders had a splash of sauce on them. The whole box looked like it was just thrown together with no care. We had to go to another store so he can eat his food with some sauce on them due to the tenders being dry. Poor service. Terribly put together food. Never coming to this Zaxby's again.
the workers are extremely rude when you ask simply questions , and this location is never selling their milkshakes !! i’ve came multiple times and every time they say the “machine isn’t working” which i personally think is a lie ???????? even the Mcdonald’s here sells more milkshakes then yall COME ON ZAXBEYS!!! i’m highly disappointed ????????????????????????
10 people behind the register and they had to be told by the manager to take orders. Shake machine and printer out of order. Gave 2 stars due to the food being done before I could finish my review so atleast there is that plus.
In a Lunchtime Crunch!
The appetizer did not curb my lunchtime hunger. Like many of us do, I sampled what I had ordered on my way to my destination.
To my surprise, the “Fried White Cheddar Bites” were hard as a rock—literally! Disappointed, I called the restaurant after returning to work and spoke with the manager on duty. They were apologetic and offered to replace the order, which I appreciated; however, it didn’t change the fact that my lunch was ruined.
I definitely wouldn't go back to this place. I asked for about 20 wings at $29 and they were extremely small , impossible to eat some of that , they were overheated , I think they were old . Talk to the manager and he gaveI definitely wouldn't go back to this place. The food was fresh and the staff seemed to be working really hard. They were very fast & friendly. If I had one thing to critique it would be that they gave me a very small portion of coleslaw.
Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone after they mess up your order. 2 out of 3 things were wrong, with the receipt being correct. Such a waste of money with how expensive food is now a days!
Great restaurant and environment. It's Definitely my favorite spot for fried pickles. Ursula took care of me, she is such a sweetheart!
