I have often received orders missing food or being wrong but this time I am just kind of shocked at what I received when I ordered the chicken tacos. Not a drop off lettuce, and just chunks of chicken w a strip of bacon and a chunk wedge of tomato.
I'll post a Pic of it if it gives the option, but the meal was a sad experience for what the pic shows you you'll get. I know pics are always going to look better but this was unbelievable.
Food was just fine. I ordered sauce, which I don’t care if sauce costs extra, as long as I revive it. I paid for two sauce and didn’t receive any of it. I ordered caramel sauce with my fried cheesecakes bites, and I received strawberry. I’ve had MANY bad run ins with management. Very immature GM, not a good look for the company name.
Don’t waste your money. Way too salty and each finger has grizzle tips,the toast tastes like it was made yesterday and the Cole slaw was browned on ends and dry. Almost non-edible we threw 20$ in the trash with this meal. Staff was friendly and fast. We bought take-out.
They had just opened when we went but the food was not good. Worst I'd ever had from these guys. Fries weren't cooked or seasoned and the Chicken had no sauce. Very disappointing.
I think I’m done coming to this Zaxby’s. Every other order I make is usually incorrect or missing food. The portions are usually bad for spending $13 for tenders and fries. Then we have tonight, something told me to check the box before I left, and I get all fries no tenders… Mistakes are okay every once in a while, but when I have to check every time that my meal is correct and I don’t get a box with just 7 fries, it’s getting ridiculous. Management needs to get with their staff and make sure they are paying attention.
Every single time I have come into this restaurant over the past few months, the workers have been absolutely amazing. They all are willing to help wether the come up to the front for something. They never stop trying to make us customers feel welcome. I do have to brag on Caroline! She always has a smile on her face, she makes it seem like a fun place to work, they all work so hard and laugh,smile while making us customers feel great too. I’m in healthcare and I would step out just to come work here in order to have all the fun they have! Keep it up BARDSTOWN zaxbys y’all ROCK!
First time eating and the food was good. A little expensive for a fast food joint. My son and I enjoyed the Mr. Beast box....Feastable is better than Hershey.
Never been through a drive through this fast. Zaxby’s usually aren’t fast but no wait to order, pay, or get food. Kudos to the team working at 11:30am on 8/8/24.
