I decided to try Zaxby's Original Chicken sandwich for the first time minus the pickles and I added lettuce, mayo and tomato. It was pretty good and the price was just right. I thank Yolanda and the entire staff for their kind service. Yolanda, told all customers upfront that there would be a little wait due to short staff. I am a very patient person, I didn't mind the wait. It actually took less than 10mins. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Zaxby's has great food. Oh and check the rating on the picture "A".
I should NOT have to wait 45 minutes in a drive thru line when I placed an online mobile order. Can’t go inside because it’s locked so you’re forced to go through the drive thru and deal with bad attitudes and poor service after you’ve paid. Convenient location with mediocre food. Last time dealing with this location. I will be contacting a manager to receive a refund.
They always close the dinning room. I order online to pick up in store but when you arrive door is locked and they force you to wait on a long car line. This is the second time this has happened recently at this location. If I wanted my food to go I would order it that way. This location has lacked some quality control for a while. I love Zaxby's but will avoid this location.
Worst restaurant experience since moving to Charlotte over a year ago.
Placed an online order for curbside pickup, and called when arrived as the sign said, was told had to go through the very long drive-thru line. 3 different people on the phone refused to bring my order out. At one point, someone brought out an order for Jason, no idea where they got that name. Finally gave up and went through the drive-thru. Called corporate and filed a complaint before I even got to the speaker. Food had been sitting for 45 minutes when I got to the window.
UPDATE : In regards to your reply to contact you to resolve the issue, I did. Still waiting to hear back from anyone.
I haven’t been in the inside of a Zaxby’s in a while. This one looked really nice inside and was clean. I went in for boneless wings and was actually told about their family meal deal for boneless wings. It was prepared pretty quickly. I ended up with 30 boneless wings and was able to choose two different sauces for my wings to be tossed in. Sauced to perfection! There were two containers of fries and another with toast.
I also decided to give the funnel cake a try. It was pretty small. Also it was wayyy too crunchy; and It wasn’t because it got cold because it was warm. I wouldn’t get that again.
Food was fresh and hot. Perfect dipping sauces. The tea is homemade and reminds me of my grandma's. Love this place. We ordered the 3 price and the 6 price with coleslaw. White cheddar cheese bits with ranch

So I had to try it out for myself, the fried shrimp! And boy let me tell you, it was good! It was good to see something different on the menu other than chicken. They gave you size shrimp and nicely seasoned too. I will be going back. Oh, I forgot, I ordered a side of coleslaw, and the handcrafted lemonade (strawberry) was refreshing too.

We went back again today due to the young ones, and it was a big difference in food and service. The A team was working today, and we were very happy

When we first went here while visiting family, everything was great. This time, being our return visit, things were quite different
The wait was unreasonably long, and food was unacceptable. The chicken wasn't cooked properly and not enough sauce as well
