It’s giving busss, super nice, and good portions!!! Def worth it. Food was soooo good. I got nibbler meal, big zak snak, wings n things. 10/10
Food horrible and old ,,, asked for a new sandwich but gave me back the old sandwich,,, kids play too much,, manager did nothing to help the situation,,, no type of training,,,, this is why I go to chick-chick, your services has fell off,,, I will be reporting to health services
Too many young kids on cell phones and do not even attempt to smile or speak. Just merely hold their hand out to take the payment and hand back out to return card or currency. Repeat customers require staff to understand that returning customers need a positive first impression and atmosphere. One particular day i was told it would be 20 min wait because the chicken was frozen @1730hours. What other protein is served where you forget to take out chicken to serve.
I did online order for pick up at 6:40 pm. I expected it to be ready when I arrived. I come to find out inside is locked, drive thru only! Long line at the drive thru is delaying my pick up.Finally got the food at the window 30 mins later. That's the reason for online order to pick up and go, not wait!
The food and service was consistent with most Zaxby's, up until the last few bites of my salad. At first I thought it was a chocolate chip because they do sell cookies. It was not, to be honest I'm not quite sure what it was, but when I picked it up and mashed it with my fingers, it had the consistency of a dirt clod. It did not have a smell to my relief, but still, I instantly lost my appetite.
I had the manager come out and look at it, he seemed like a nice enough guy and offer me a refund. I personally don't do refunds, I do reviews. To be honest, I don't want to know what it was, but some people would have flipped their $hi+. Just saying!
The food was full of somebody hair and it trun my stomach...I will never go to y'all again ???? when I call to tell the about it they was so dismissive like I was making it up
I have got to stop coming to this location. Every single time, I get dry af tough boneless wings whether I ask for extra teriyaki sauce on the wings or not. I understand times are rough, but my money is also hard earned - I won't continue wasting it here.
This zaxbys is a joke. Absolutely the worst staff of people I have ever dealt with. The owner of this store should let them catch it on fire and collect the insurance money. Tonight they had no drinks (at all) my “toast” was a loaf of bread from the store and it came soggy and not toasted at all. I asked for another piece and waited 5 min for another piece. This new piece was less cooked than the last. These employees have no future anywhere. Complete disregard for customer service. They are a joke.
