I love NO seasoning on my fries EVERY time I come here now! Then on top of that my usual.. the loaded fries is cold everytime! Cheese is never melted and it’s always stuck together at the bottom. Hardly ever looks appetizing anymore. ???????? Ever since they received new management and kitchen staff the place has gone down hill with their food and friendly service. On top of that the tables and chairs are normally filthy with crumbs from previous customers. ???? My family and I will not be returning until something is done about this. SEASON. YOUR. FRIES. ZAXBYS. If I wanted to eat bland fries I’d eat a raw potato.
I went through the Drive thru. They had me pull forward even though there was no one behind me and before my car even came to a complete stop the gentleman was knocking on my window to give me my food. Other than that being a little odd to me everything else was good. The Cobb salad was delicious.
I went to this location on this past Sunday afternoon around 1230. They were super busy. But my food came really quick and was very good. The dining room was packed. On top of all that ,the guy who brought my food was nice and very friendly. He apparently was the General Manager . John . Our experience here was better than I ever had and will definitely return
I’m giving 1 star because I just came through and order fries and a basket of toast. They asked me to pull up because my food would be fresh. I can’t even eat these fries. Literally throwing them away. They are smelly because of so much oil. But also old, oily, and mushy. You can tell they were old and dropped again instead of getting fresh food like she stated I was getting by pulling me up. Never had a bad experience before. But as someone who was pregnancy craving these fries, I’m sad. The picture doesn’t do justice. :(
The big woman working probably ate all the food because they were out of everything, food was cold and the eggrolls burnt!! ZERO STARS. Do better zaxbys this is disgusting.
Gross amount of feathers were left on my wings. I understand chickens have feathers, don't get me wrong... but the fact that I am paying a premium price for Zaxbys to serve prepared food and this is what was served is extremely disappointing. It had to go through several people before being placed in box and several people approved this for delivery. They even put sauce on it like it was good to go...
Mr. Logan is most definitely your best employee. He is so kind and generous and enthusiastic about his job. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISEEE!
Fries choked me. They were dry and tasted stale. The tacos were a chicken strip with some green sauce that had minimal flavor. Very disappointing!!!
