Everytime we come to Zaxbys on weekday afternoons the people on the speaker are sooo rude and impatient. Today we decided to order on the app so that we did not have to speak with them much because of past experiences. We didn’t expect our order to be ready yet but when we got to the speaker the lady said “yeah we JUST got it it’s not ready but go ahead and pull up I guess.” With the most attitude ever. I would think mobile orders would make it easier to deal with. I’ve worked in fast food before for a couple years. I’d get my job threatened if I talked to customers the way the lady always seems to. Food seems good other than that.
The only thing worse than the food was the attitude of Trish the manager. I called to complain about the quality of our food which smelled and tasted burnt and received negative attitude. Rather than trying to reconcile my issue she wanted to argue with me about how recently the oil had been changed, the fryer had been cleaned, and said I was the only person to complain about it. I drove over there with the food where she informs me she could only replace the tenders, but then proceeded to replace the whole meal. After giving me the new food she aggressively grabbed the old food off the counter and tossed it in the trash while rolling her eyes. The replacement chicken also smelled so bad we didn’t even eat it. Needless to say we won’t be back.
I've had chicken nuggets bigger than the chicken tenders they're serving now. It's definitely not worth the price. They load you up on fries to try and make up for the lack of chicken.
I was on a road trip and purchased a chicken finger plate, and Big Zack Snack with fries the fries but the chicken tasted like cigarette smoke. I called the store, and spoke to the manger Brandy she told me that all she could do was for us to come back, and give us more food. I then explained we was on our way to our destination and she then said the same thing rudely and tried to make excuses. Do not go there to eat the food and management is horrible. It was the worst experience I had ever had with Zaxby’s company.

My take away: If ordering online make sure to get there before 9pm to pick it up. I arrived at 9:05 to pick up my mobile order that was placed at 8:58- she stated they were made to order and it would be a 10-15 wait- I told her I had a mobile order and instead of just starting the order she asked for me to pull back around that it would be done by 915 -I did so and ended up behind 4 cars. So 30 minutes later I got to the window and my food (which was done at 9:15) was sitting near the window. It wasn’t “made to order for me” it was cold and soggy and I was there for 38 minutes waiting. I would have left but it was paid for online .
We haven't been to Zaxby's in a while (no particular reason). Today, we had the Zax snak, which is three breaded chicken fingerz, sauce of your choice, crinkle fries, Texas toast, and a drink. It was a perfect experience from start to finish! Quick and friendly service! We always order our fries with no seasoning and toast with no butter, and they are wonderful to accommodate. Chicken was hot and juicy, and fries were hot and crunchy. A perfect stop!
they forgot my whole meal, after I travelled all the way there and back I got home and realised my meal was not in the bag even though I paid for it
