Best WLM Reviews
During our family vacation, we stopped here while traveling. The service was very poor. The girl behind the counter was miserable. This was my first time in a Zaxby, so I was asking her about the different flavors of sauced. She couldn't tell me what any of them tasted like. She didn't even know what their signature sauce tasted like. We did enjoy the food, and everything was tasty. We will definitely give this chain restaurant another try, just a different location.
I came here for the first time while on vacation. The chicken fingers were delicious, and the service was pretty good.
Food was fast. Good. Affordable. Cashier was nice. Place is under redesign I think looks like they are painting. I did not give 5 stars because there was nothing great about it. But I have no complaints.
This location took FOREVER to give us our food. I also scanned a reward for 5 free boneless wings if you spend $25. I scanned my reward and it said "item not found". So then it disappeared off my phone and I couldn't use it. And the manager said he couldn't do anything about it either. ????
Took them 30 minutes to give us the rest of our order. Wanted to give us boneless instead of traditional after we payed for traditional. Salad was so small, not even enough lettuce for the chicken. Soda tasted flat. Honestly not much went well....
Service was slow on 12/22 3pm one person running register and food orders. Left my family waiting at the counter for a long time waiting to place our order while the one person was too busy putting food out to take our order.
Great food. Portion size was very filling. I got their Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad with a Lemonade. The salad was very fresh and the flavors blended well together. I also love their Nibblers. They are like small football shaped chicken sandwiches that are packed with flavor and great to eat.
Worst Zaxby’s ever. Smells, cashier (Orlando) was rude to us and others in line, no ice in the machine, no carbonation in the drinks. If it wasn’t for the fact we were starving and our kid wanted to eat here - we would have left.
