Zalads seems to be a problem at this location. My cobb had bacon missing. There were crumbs under the toast after it was taken back. I replied, "may I get a slice of bacon since there is practically nothing?" No, Extra bacon cost $. Extra, what? It's practically missing. $12+ salad, and I have to argue about a slice of bacon. Chic-fil-a would give me bacon + a drink or dessert. ???? ???? Zaxby's
Went through the drive thru and ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. The cost was around 9 dollars and the portion size was enough for 2 as a main dish. I thought it was super tasty.
The food is fine. The staff forgot to give my son his tenders in his meal. When I drive back I was met with an attitude. Then I see the girl say to the cook, I don’t know she probably ate them. I wait. She comes out with out saying anything to me. I sat and waited for some type of accountability and she shoves the bag at my face through the car window. Gave me a snotty smile and said have a great night. Anyways, I won’t be back to the location. Immature children.
Walked in for dine in and pretty much ignored because the drive thru is top priority. The worst night of service I've ever seen at this location. 11/1/24 7 p.m. Corporate will be getting a call .
I love the Spicy Fried Mushrooms ???? The chicken strips ???? aren't dry. The coating is delicious! I recommend, Zaxby's for a quick lunch on the go or to bring home dinner! Enjoy ❤️
All of the lettuce in my salad is slimy and gross. I was just trying to pick out the bad parts/eat around it, until I pulled out basically the whole salad. Literally not once piece of lettuce looked edible.
Just ordered the best wings that puts h@@ter wings to shame! It was done exactly how I wanted!
Got home n I was amazed! Hot fresh n very delicious!!
Great Job staff!!
Slipped when l walked in, wet floor, glad it was me and not one of my parents.
