This place, in my experience, has been a hit or a miss depending on the day and crew working there. Some days, the food is as good as fast food gets, but others it seems as though the kitchen didn't try at all. Also, there's no point in asking for extra fries because you never really know when the extra dollar (or so) will be worth the ask.
Lastly, it's absurd to ask if I'm dining in or ordering to go when the food is ultimately going to be served in a to-go container.
I have worked in food before, and I understand that sometimes things run out. However, it is an important courtesy to disclose that.
About a year ago this place was amazing.. now you get hard nasty chicken that hurts going down your throat like a lump of rocks, fries not cooked all the way with no seasoning, and you have to wait in line for an hour. Don't ask for extra ice either because you’ll get warm tea with 3 little pellets of ice floating around. Also they didn’t even give me a receipt. The one making the drinks has a bad attitude and management sucks. I’ll never be back. I know a lot of people who hate this place now, bring back the old crew!

My wife was about done with her drink and noticed something strange on the lid. My wife opened her lid of the drink and found bug about the size of a nickel with wings in her drink. We were appalled. We took it to the manager and were surprised that they had the audacity to offer us “a new cup”. I said that was unacceptable and she said that was all she was willing to do. I let the rest of the restaurant’s patrons know that they should check their cups for bugs. This is disgusting. I understand that things happened but the lack of professionalism by the manager was breath taking. Iv never seen such an incompetent manager of any establishment in my life. Usually your business is only as good as your manager. So this place shouldn’t be open. I wouldn’t eat here if you value your health, or if you just don’t like winged-surprises in your food/drink.

I ordered traditional chicken fingers plate. The chicken fingers were good and so was the toast, but the fries were stale and unseasoned. Very disappointed since I ordered a double order of fries. The worker forgot to ask me what kind of sauce I'd like. So when I noticed she didn't put any sauce in my bag, I had to wave to get her attention. She seemed annoyed when I told her, "I'd like a honey mustard sauce please".
Kind of strange. It has Zaxbys on the signs, looks like a Zaxbys, but is nothing like Zaxbys. The workers were unintelligible. The food was cold. The drinks were out. Was still hungry when I left. Like I was in the twilight zone. I’ve been to 5-6 Zaxbys and this is by far the worst one. I have ordered wings and things about 15 times and have never been hungry after. There was barely any food from this location. Terrible experience.
Even when ordering through the app, they don't care to follow directions. Had to wait in line to get my online order for over 5 minutes while it was just sitting on the counter. Asked for extra seasoning which was given to me in a cup and the fries had NO seasoning on them.... Also missing treat that came with the kids meal. How hard is it to read what the customer orders? Especially since it's listed on the sticker you put on the bag...
The food was horrible. I spoke with the manager Brittany( who hung up in my face) who was very rude. I will be calling to speak to corporate about my experience. Spend your money somewhere else to save you the trouble.
Food was good but service well that's another thing I'm not going to say anything about the employee that waiting on me I just say I wasn't impressed with it
