Zaxbys is a hit or miss. Some days it's great and other days it's okay. Tonight the food was warm and thrown together. It's kind of dirty in this establishment. The floors are slippery and there's caked up dust on the lamps. I see why the drive thru stays packed. The cashiers stay away from the front for long periods of time. They're not rude, they just don't check the front. However, a young lady name Kay has great customer service and pays attention to customer requests.
Use to love this place. Customer service horrible. There was no clean tables. Asked if they could wipe one down she sat a cloth on the table for me to wipe off. Waited forever. When received food it was cold.
We literally waited in the drive through line for 37 minutes before we received our food.
And when handed our food when we got to the window Jasmine J gave us the total, handed us our food then our card. No have a nice day, thank you for your patience, sorry for your wait or anything.
Absolutely unacceptable and terrible service!
In the drive through line for half an hour with less than ten cars ahead of me, waited over half an hour and barely pulled forward four car lengths before I gave up. There is no excuse for the service to be this slow and it's actively gotten worse in the last few years. Couple that with a parking lot that is so tight it's asking for scrapes and bumper dings and I will never be going here again.
Just like the rest of the reviews— just waited nearly ONE HOUR in the drive thru (would have left sooner but had 2 screaming hungry children) and the girl had ZERO customer service when we to to the window. Zero apologies, zero speaking at all— didn’t even look us in the eye. This location is terrible, avoid at all costs.
I’ve picked up 2 DoorDash orders from here, had to wait 20+ minutes for one in the store and then 30+ minutes for a drive thru order due to the store being close. This is not good for customers who’re waiting for food, and dashers who might rely on tips to help pay bills. There’s no greeting, no thank yous, no customer service, hell they could at least flip me the bird and be more polite. New management needs to take over and the whole staff needs to be replaced.
This used to be a great location. They didn't have any chairs. We waited in line for 30 minutes and didn't even budge an inch. There was a person in front of us who waited 30 minutes and didn't get their food yet after waiting 30 minutes to even order. 1 hour? Really? Horrible location.
Whoever is in charge of this needs to be reassigned or retrained as well as the majority of the staff not all just majority. Tonight I pull up at 8:05pm waiting for nearly 25 minutes until a young lady comes out and says they are closed. I ask her why no one came out to tell us they were closed earlier instead of have me and 7 other cars wait in line for 25 minutes until they decided to say they are closed. She caught an attitude cursed at me then walked back in the building. Smh.
