Normally I love Zaxby’s customer service but tonight was horrible. Don’t continue asking someone if they’re done ordering when they are trying to speak. Why would any customer want to complete an order with someone so rude taking it? Not me, it shouldn’t be tolerated. If you don’t want to work at a fast food restaurant then DON’T.
I'm leaving this for the manager, Carrie specifically. One night a few weeks ago an order of cheesecake bites were missing from my mom's order. She called and spoke to Carrie who promised to take care of it on the next visit. I went back to pick up the order and Carrie was extremely kind. On a return visit tonight through the drive thru, she remembered my mom's name just by seeing me at the window. Once again very kind. When I returned home I asked my mom if she knew her and her reply was no, she's just the best and it's hard to find good people like her anymore. She insisted I leave this review and I hope it makes an impact. Carrie is a gem and the Dublin Zaxby's location is lucky to have her on their team.
every time friends and i come to this location the food is always soggy, it takes 20+ minutes to get our food even when ordered online. and no one offers to help. when you take your food back due to the order being wrong, or just unacceptable quality such as fries cold they just heat it up. no attempt to make it right such as a fresh order of fried. the 441 location is 100 times better and will get my support for now on
Newly renovated, which is ugly to me but that’s up to personal opinion. Wait for food is very long. Staff is unpleasant and unprofessional (but that goes for a lot of fast food in Dublin right now unfortunately) overall not a good experience.
Too many young kids who act like they don't want to be working. Young Man taking our order, yawned, wiped his face and proceeded to have a conversation with his coworker. The piece of chicken on my sandwich was so small, I had to lift the bun in order to see it. Needless to say, I will not freqent this location again????.
Fries were not seasoned and they were soggy, 3 and 4 piece fingers only came with 1 sauce each. If you want more they are 25 cents each. Bread was only toasted on 1 side. Not worth $21. This restaurant is at the end of it's corporate greed.
Great BBQ Chicken Wings. Great check in from the lady (Pamela) outside that took our order. Really bad customer service skills from the person that gave us our order. She just thrust our order at us. No, "Have a nice day.", or "Thank you for your visit today." Nothing. Silence. Geeze. Well..... there was the sound of her window slamming shut after we were given our order.
By the way, no more celery? That horrible. Why provide Ranch dressing if there's no celery?
I got the new chicken taco and it was delicious but the chicken finger was to small it only fit halfway through the taco, I also got the boneless wings and they were alright.....the place was very busy too
