Best WLM Reviews
Got here at 7:50 with two cars in the drive through, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at 8:05 and was told it would take 6 minutes... Still sitting here at 8:20. After reading the reviews, sounds like this is a common issue for this location, don't come here if you're looking for fast food.
EDIT: Just got home and they didn't put any tomato on the sandwich and the most pathetic amount of lettuce I have ever seen. Don't go here if you want good food either.
Staff needs a major process change. Ordered online for a wings and things meal, went to pickup at the drive through and they asked me to pull up to wait. While waiting 12 cars got their orders. When they brought out my food the fries were very undercooked, still tastes like raw potatoes. I don't understand why an order being placed ahead of time online gets reprioritized so severely vs other drive through orders.
Shigella is a foodborne illness that results from flies. This literally almost made me vomit especially in view that I had already taken three bites. Definitely turning over to SCDHEC.
Listen , whoever is in there cooking today keep doing what you’re doing !!! The fries are so amazing today fr it made a tear roll down my cheek . That’s what I’m talkin about !!! I love yall. God bless it was so crispy and perfectly seasoned
I had ordered the chicken tacos and was quite enthusiastic about trying them. However, for the price of $10, I was rather let down. I could have easily replicated this dish at home. The tacos were dry and lacked any pico or sauce. #tacofailed #worthless
I had the most polite young man (nolan)wait on me.he was super courteous and I will definitely be eating here again. It's nice to see that southern hospitality still exist in our younger generation. I will definitely keep my business in this zaxbys.
This is the best Zaxby’s I have ever been to. The team members went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Our order was correct the first time, including all of the extra sauces we added. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will be returning:)
Ordered Cob Zalad. Missing cucumbers, only 2.5 slices of tomatoes, half an egg, and half the amount of lettuce. Did get the stalk though. I normally will drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the other Zaxby's in the area, because this one has been terrible for years, but this one is less than a mile from work. Will not visit again.
