I have frequently spent my hard earned money at this restaurant but the last few times it just gets worse and worse far as quality of the product. And today is as bad as i’ve seen it yet. they gave me 3 chicken fingers that are honestly the size of a fork. I’m about tired of spending an average of 100$ a month here unless something changes soon.
It's a fast food chicken place, and I believe they do it pretty well. Chicken is good, and I like the zaxbys sauce. Coleslaw was not very good, but they will let you switch it out, so I would recommend that. Other than that, great experience.
If I could give them zero star I would… When I pulled up to the speaker they did not say anything for 5 minutes and then when they finally did say something they took forever to respond. Got to the window and payed and then they had us pull around which I’m perfectly okay with. We waited 20 minutes for this to be the outcome of our wings that is not okay for us to have been waiting for 20 minutes. We went inside and asked if we could have teriyaki sauce since there was clearly not any on the wings and she had a very bad attitude and threw the sauce at me so hard it left a dent in the sauce. I work at Chick-fil-A and I know not every establishment is customer service oriented but having to ask for the bare minimum and then have the sauce throw at me is absolutely unacceptable. The owners should at least take pride in their business or they are going to continue to go downhill.
We have been picking up 5 fingers and toast for several years most of the time good today wife went and got it they put it in a foil bag was wet and soggy not crispy at all why change a good system
The ice machine has been out at least three weeks now. Today the soap dispenser in the men's restroom doesn't work so that makes me wonder how male employees are washing their hands properly. And the door to the restroom is broken and won't close correctly. Come on Zaxbys the Enterprise store needs some attention please. Thanks
3 out of 4 of my kids wanted Zaxby yesterday around 5:30-6. I ordered and it was ready by the time I made it to the window. Now 3 out of 4 of my kids are projectile vomiting. I should've checked with how fast it came out, but just wanted to give a little friends advice. We'd rather wait 5-10 minutes to have completely cooked food. Thank you!
Poor management decision..as The Manager took a catering order on the same register that her employee was using for customers standing in line… as the manager should have had the customer place the order online. We left.
I like Zaxby's overall ( The salads are pretty good)...My hard earned money will stay in my pocketbook from now on...Went to Zaxby's and received dried out French fries, burnt toast and the most horrible tasting boneless chicken nuggets drowned in sauce. Not very appetizing! I spent almost $15 on this food not even fit for consumption. THANKs Zaxby but I no longer require your food service. SMH!!!!
