It's alright. My first time at this restaurant and my very first visit was good. I has ordered two Cobb salads with fried chicken. It was okay. Coulda added more bacon. Bacon was scanty. The next time, I ordered the Chicken Philly and they had all the cheese and veggies on one half of the sub. I was very disappointed that I didn't taste the cheese and bell peppers throughout the sub. ???????? So I called and spoke with a manager who was pleasant. She apologized and offered to have it remade. However, I declined because I didn't live nearby and it woulda been a waste of gas.
Another thing, the drink machine had terrible tasting drinks. I don't really drink sodas and stuff much, but was getting a drink for my son. But, I just poured it out and threw away the cup. My son understood.
I’m a little disappointed. I should have known better than to deviate from my usual but it sounded good. I paid $17 for tacos that don’t look anything like the advertisement, drowning in chipotle ranch and barely-there pickles. The service as usual was good and the time spent in the drive thru was reasonable…so there’s that.
My visit was my first time there it was a Great Experience. The cashier's was very patient and helpful. There was only one person in front of me in line l enjoyed that.
We Dine-in the area was very clean, very spacious, and very quiet. The food looked good and tasted very good. I say Zaxby's is Very On Point in every way will Be Back????????
I'm sorry Zaxby's, I love you when you're fresh but I can not stand receiving my food that I pay my hard earned money for, expecting something great and bringing others there for the first time, just to get lazy food. If the food sits up under the heat lamp for any amount of time it degrades quickly and no amount of sauces are able to mask it. I understand food costs but that's a management problem when the employees make too much to get through the rush. Your paying customers shouldn't get stuck with sub par food just because you don't want to throw it out and instead let it sit and serve it to the next poor sucker that shows up 30 mins later expecting something fresh...
The girl on Night Shift could not either hear me or understand plain English. My food was fresh but the meat on the chicken sandwich was cut thin like a slice of pork chop. The chicken breast didn’t look anything like the picture. You are better off going to Chick-fil-A.
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to express my disgust and deep disappointment with the Zaxby's location on Union Ave in Memphis, TN. On the evening of May 28, I placed an order via the drive-through pick-up line. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the attendant who took my order displayed a noticeable attitude and rudeness. Upon reaching the window, I received a Cobb Salad instead of the House Salad with grilled chicken that I had ordered. When I pointed out the error, the window clerk instructed me to pull around to the side of the restaurant.
Upon receiving the (allegedly) corrected salad, I discovered that fried chicken had been substituted for the grilled chicken. To my dismay, the fried chicken was also burnt, rendering it inedible. Despite my disappointment, I refrained from making a fuss due to concerns about food tampering.
It is beyond disheartening that my visits to this particular Zaxby's location consistently leave me feeling like an inconvenience to the staff. As a paying customer, I expect professional service. Therefore, I urge Zaxby's corporate office to thoroughly evaluate this restaurant and provide necessary training to improve the quality of service.
I demand a refund for my order and urge an investigation into the poor service at this specific establishment.

The store was clean. It was not too busy. Ordered the southwest salad, and my wife ordered the house salad both were great.
Ordered nuclear-dipped strips, but got plain. The fries on both orders were also cold and stale. The sandwich was soggy and cold... This order was placed at 8:28p, and this location is listed online as "open until 11p" (delivery app 9:30p) ; I could see this happening if I ordered 30mins before closing, but that wasn't the case. ????????????????????????????????
UPDATE: called location at 9:55a today and the young lady (she stated she was the manager, but did not provide a name) I spoke with was nonchalant, to say the least.
