I order a 8 piece bbq meal with fries, my chicken bites had little to no sauce on it and my fries were soggy. Poor quality! Don’t waste your time.
It I could leave zero stars I would. I waited 20 minutes for my order just for it to be given to me incorrectly. I took the order back inside to get it correct. In the middle of eating I find a hair in my food. Don’t even waste your time coming here.
This location always has a long wait. They want you to pull up to trick their wait system and wait again at the window. Then they have the nerve to charge .25 for an extra sauce. The staff is very young and nonchalant to customers concerns. They need business etiquette 101 or training from Chick-fil-A
I’ve visited this Zaxby's location before but it has never been this bad!
I ordered my food through the app. I walked in and told the cashier I had a mobile order she hands me my food. I grab my food and drinks and leave. About halfway home, something tells me to check the box. My son’s dinner was missing his toast. He LOVES the toast so I turned around back to Zaxby’s. When I got back to the restaurant, I inform the cashier that I was missing my toast. She turns around and asks the kitchen member to give her a piece of toast.
(HERE IS WHERE THINGS GET BAD). The kitchen member tries to hand her the toast with bare hands! She had on no gloves. Thankfully, she asked him to put it in something. He rolled his eyes asking her why she couldn’t just take it. Finally, he puts it in a sandwich bag, hands it to the cashier who hands it to me. I was a bit annoyed by his actions but I had the toast so I decided to just keep my peace and leave.
Finally get home and get ready to eat. As soon as I opened up my chicken tender plate, I discovered more issues. Half of my fries were not crispy, in fact they were still mushy. My chicken tenders taste like burnt grease. SEVERELY BURNT GREASE. I ordered sauced chicken tenders but the burnt taste was overpowering. I tried calling the location, but couldn’t speak with anyone. Since I was already home, I had to just take the loss. But I will never visit this location ever again.
The cashier, Lavatis H. was such a hard worker. He was multitasking very well between customers, trash, delivery pick up etc. Great customer service.
Change the opening time from 11am until they start unlocking the doors at 11. I have been multiple times I’ve wait 5-10 minutes past 11 and no one has came to unlock them. The food is good once you’re finally allowed in.
This location is tooooo slowwwww waited almost 30 minutes on my order, and fries were not seasoned andddd still had to go back inside to get sauce I asked for on the appp. Yes I order my food before even getting there n still had to wait longer. I thought ordering on the appp would at least make it faster to Js pick it up. Idk but i don’t recommend this location.
I like the food can’t complain, they forget stuff quite often too but the DRIVE THRU is like trying to count grains of salt. They are SLOWW!! It’s literally unbelievable like you’re there for maybe 30-40mins. AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT’S DRIVE THRU??!?
