The only reason I'm giving 5 star's is because James made my day with his excellent customer service He should be the one managing the store. We drove from Miami to here and stopped by at this location Put in a 75 dollar order for curbside pick up then add 30 dollar more for in store purchase. The manager Laura bring the food to our car and said that the slushie machine is down i told her it's ok I'll go inside to get a different drink. To my surprise the slushy machine is working and I'm able to get my drink the minute i walk inside the store and this so called manager doesn't even look at me in the eye and apologize I guess she doesn't expect me to come in inside and buy more food. But anyways I would like to commend James for a job well done he make the transaction smooth and welcoming and i think he is the one that keeps that team together. The food is ok they need to take it easy frying the chicked too much to make it texture like rubber.
I visited the restaurant recently with my son, had never been there before. One of the best things was how easy it was to find a parking spot, this days that is a luxury.
Inside the restaurant is very clean tables were clean and chair were nicely tucked in under the tables.
Our order was taken very fast, not that many people in line and the cashier was very fast taking order. I thought our food was going to take anywhere from 5 to 10 to be ready but it was actually ready even before the 5 min mark, I was totally impressed.
We asked for the Chicken Strips with fries and toast, the chicken was great, pure white mean not greasy as in other places nice flavor, the fries were a complement to the flavor of the chicken. I made the mistake of letting my toast cool down so even when it tasted good being cold didn't let me enjoy as much as I would have if the toast was hot (obviously my fault). The sauces also enhanced the flavor of the strips I recommend the spicy sauce it just has the right kick in it, no extremely spicy easy to enjoy.
In conclusion great experience, would come back again.
I've given this location multiple tries to get things right. The food is cold, vegetables on the salad are wilted or rotten, and it isn't edible. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first two times but now I can clearly see it's just bad. Zaxby's has always been good in the past, I'm not sure if it's gone down hill as a whole or if this is just a terrible location. 10/10 don't recommend going and wasting your money.
I had five chicken fingers. They were nice and meaty, not completely covered in the coating. I gave the food four stars though because there was a bit too much salt on them. The Zaxby’s sauce was good, but if you want an extra sauce, they charge twenty-five cents each.
Worst experience I ever had the food was very cold for just ordering it . I returned it only to receive reheated food which you can touch the oil and the chicken was hard from refrying it again . It seems like they don’t care about customer service because why would you service me reheated food . I spent $28 on my food and travel far only to be very disappointed. . Date I visit was 5/3/24 . Please don’t waste your time going to this location on night shift you will be highly disappointed. Order number 471867435. 8:48 I called the store to speak to a manager only to be hang up on . When I say horrible customer service
The people and the food there was good. The food made me feel "aroused." It could be because I was hungry or never tasted fries like that, well seasoned and well fried. Even the sauce was great, I usually go with barbeque, but I cheated on them and chose Zaxby sauce. Now, zaxby sauce is my new mate.
I'm just reminded why fast food is struggling these days. The food is expensive, it isn't fast, and the service leaves much to be desired. On this particular day, every car in the drive thru got asked to pull ahead to wait for their order. We didn't order anything fancy or special. A basic chicken sandwich should already be made and ready to go. 15 mins waiting to only be thrown a half made bag by a disgruntled employee is not good business. Do better.
I understand drive through etiquette bc I've been there before. I'm from Fort Lauderdale and we don't have a zaxbys over there. I pulled into the drive through at 9:47pm the light skinned Latina answered saying they're closed..they close at 10. At 1st, she thought I had a google order and and was willing to serve me but once she realized she was mistaken she said "the cars in front of you basically took all the food". After she refused me service during business hours, I desperately called the restaurant pleading my case that I've never tried them b4, and she asked me "well why did you pull up so late" and informed her that "I'm sorry but I from fort Lauderdale and I bowl in a league down the street. Can I please have some chicken tenders? I understand that you wanna go home but I'd appreciate you." She said "sorry we're closed and hung up at 9:51pm. I'm completely apauled by this distasteful service. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude. This occurred on the night of 11/13/24.
