Best WLM Reviews
Ordered a 5 piece boneless wings meal, and the portion of fries was a joke.. The boneless wings were not nearly as saucy as they normally are.
Caleb who works at the front counter lacks customer service and morals he’s always talking inappropriately with other coworkers instead of assisting with orders. When asking about my orders on my food deliveries he always is rude and not helpful. The place would have a better atmosphere with this employee not greeting the front desk. But that’s just my professional and personal opinion.
Food was hot and tasty and despite being very busy it didn't take long to get our food. The staff was friendly!!
Was stopping by for a fast dinner and family wanted zaxbys. Young man up front had a cast on his arm went above and beyond to help me carry some of my bags to the car. I think his name was Caleb. He was very nice and helpful.
First time going, and I can't wait to go back! The chicken has a delicious melty numminess to it! Even enjoyed the fries under all the toppings- small amount of bacon ????- but still delicious! Service was fast and great!
I am a regular customer at this particular zaxby’s location. In my freetime I am an avid review writer of restaurants. I was reading previous reviews, and I was upset to see that someone was scrutinizing the young man named Calob working the cash register at this fine establishment. I have seen nothing but exceptional service and care for customers well being out of this young man, and I do not believe he should be criticized. After all it is a fast food restaurant, and they do not make as much money as they should! Before you take a moment out of your day to bring someone else down, you should take a deep observation at yourself and really think “Do I have a life?”. If you are spending your time online writing an in-depth review of a cashier at a zaxby’s restaurant, purposely trying to bring bad publicity their way. Then the answer would be no. Try a hobby!
Excellent Cobb salad. Nice option for quick lunch on a limited time schedule
It's a good hot dog, but on a roller. Toppings choices are interesting and fun. Workers are very nice and friendly!
