Handed me my food literally as soon as the register chimed that my payment had gone through! We’re not going to talk about how long it takes to get your food at the OTHER Chicken places!!
Dining room & exterior were immaculate.
Customer service and atmosphere were great! The employees were having a good time, while still putting the customer first!
I will definitely return to this location when I’m in the area!
My experience was a good one at Tucker, GA location today as usual. Customer Service was on point friendly as usual. The food was served hot, and the Philly Cheese sandwich was excellent. This location makes the best Philly Cheese sandwich, with the beautiful green and red bell peppers and onions. Yes, I am loving and enjoying it!
Got the Cobb salad at another location yesterday. It was perfect and delicious. Came to this location today and got screwed. Half the stuff I was supposed to get on my salad wasn't on it. No bacon, no cucumbers, no crispy onions, an egg was missing. (See photo) ELEVEN DOLLARS, and they couldn't bother to make it properly. Didn't realize until I got all the way home and it was too close to closing to go back. I'm FURIOUS. This location SUCKS! Go to Chamblee Tucker instead.
Zaxby's has a great handle on chicken! I've been going to the Tucker, GA location on & off for a few years and have always had great service. My regular order is fingers, fries, and a salad (sometimes I'll venture out and get a chicken sandwich) - and ALWAYS have to get extra Zaxby's sauce!!
The only flaw I've run into is the dining area... it just has a cramped feel to it... for this, I've only ever gotten my food to-go.
Fortunately, the food and service have always been 5-star in my opinion!
They always get things wrong and the food looks like they didn’t even try. I understand the food isn’t going to look like the picture, but this looks pathetic.
The young lady at the pickup window, was delightful. Beautiful smile and courteous.
Food: 0-stars! Wings are cold, not warm, not lukewarm, just cold, dry and tough!
Taco: 0-stars! This has to be the messiest, blandest, thing. I do mean thing! The sauce has nothing reassembling a Mexican flavor or flare. The chkn finger is just slapped on top. Yuck!!
3:45 pm at the drive through empty by the way no customer and the lady behind the mic was very rude . Didn’t let me talk . I did not order anything . I went next door ., even though chick fil a was crowded they were very nice .
The worker who just served me through drive through at 12:25 on Monday (female) is absolutely amazing I’ll make sure to get her name next time. Her customer service Is amazing whenever she’s there. I was having a bad day and just her friendly attitude made me feel better
