Ordered online. I upgraded to a large meal only to be met with a puny portion of unseasoned fries (requested extra seasoning) and a drink that was 80% ice (requested no ice). The chicken was old, cold, and chewy. I couldn't eat it. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. They have pitiful quality control.

Dumped fries on the coleslaw I specifically requested substituted. Coleslaw not in separate container but dumped into to go box. Very messy. Wrong order. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is the Zaxby's closest to me. It's a 50/50 they get your food right. When you go through the drive thru you always have to pull up and wait even more for no reason. When you get the food it's still pretty cold, so why did I have to pull up.
I was excited to get fried cheesecake bites. I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:21 on a Sunday night only to be told that they were no longer taking orders. Imagine my surprise when the schedule in the window says that they were open from 10 a.m to 11 p.m. Do better Zaxby’s.
Zaxbys tongue touched sauce is amazing, it’s even good on the fries. Give that sauce a try. If you have never been to Zaxbys your missing out on one of the best places for chicken in town. This location was clean, and had friendly staff, also the food came out really fast, witch has not been my experience at zaxbys in the past, so good job.
The food is good but they forgot my zax sauce but I sill eat it the service was ok but the guy was good his name was Michael m he a cool guy
Every time I go through drive thru I am made to wait to either order or to receive my food. One order I waited 32 minutes for extra toast. It was not busy there were three people in the drive-through. The most recent time I sat at the menu was told to hold sat for six minutes drove away. It was a car waiting for food and two people in the lobby piss poor management needs to work and be trained Needs to be .
