This place was great and service went above and beyond. I accidentally put an online order to a different location and the deal was only redeemable pin the app. I had told them what had happened and they immediately without hesitation gave me the deal with no issues. ( I also was on the phone with the other location telling them the mess up). I will definitely be using this location from now on. Food was hot and fresh to order and not a long wait. Thank you so much!
Had such a great experience tonight. I was instantly greeted by 3 very friendly employees. My food came pretty quickly even though there were a lot people there tonight. Tim was very kind and helpful, I couldn't decide what to order and he gave great feedback and didn't make me feel rushed. Thanks again, will definitely come to dine here again.
Went for a quick dinner last night after a long day and was blown away with how effortless this was. Greeted from the moment I walked in even though there were tons of customers dining in! Everything was such a great experience I had to ask for my cashiers name. Timothy, thank you for your kindness, great food and perfect customer service! I’ll definitely be returning to this location from now on.
My family and I visited Zaxby's tonight because we wanted to take advantage of the Falcons deal on our app. Ordering through the app was a breeze! I noticed I had some points accumulated, so I decided to get the cheese curds appetizer using those points. The lady at the counter who assisted me was incredibly friendly.
When I received my order, I realized the sauce was missing, so I promptly went back to the counter. I waited for a moment since they were quite busy, but a gentleman from the back approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I inquired about the sauce for the cheese curds, and he confirmed it was included before promptly giving me some. The rest of my order was perfect. However, my wife’s order was incorrect. Thankfully, one of the female staff members quickly stepped in and corrected it without any hassle.
As we were enjoying our meal, that same gentleman, who turned out to be the manager named Timothy, made his rounds in the restaurant, checking on everyone. He came to our table and asked if we needed anything, and we did have a few requests. Without hesitation, he quickly provided everything we needed. He truly excelled in his role!
As we were leaving, I made sure to tell him what a fantastic job he was doing. He explained that he was the manager, and it was clear he genuinely cared about his customers. We left feeling appreciated and happy, and we definitely plan to return because of the exceptional service from both the staff and Timothy. It’s refreshing to see a manager actively engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction—that’s what keeps people coming back!
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! food came fast and was very warm just the way I like it. The staff is sooo nice. Timothy went out his way to make the service better. The milk shakes was also very good, Definitely recommend coming here!!!!
I'm starting not to like this location anymore. I ordered a kiddie cheese meal for my child and the fries weren't nearly full. The box felt empty. I feel like false advertisement is happening with the amount of product in the box these days. The prices increasing 20 cents 30 cents there. It's adding up guys. How you gone increase the price and reduce the product? Y'all trippin hard.
Great customer service, delicious food, and love the new design of the restaurant. We have stopped at this location multiple times before but this was my mother and I’s recent visit. The cashier woman was friendly and the young lady who brought the food to me was very sweet. Will return to this establishment again ????
We ate dinner at Zaxby’s today. The food was served quickly and warm.
We both ordered a Zaxby’s Zensational .
It was very good.
We also order a couple of their Chocolate Chip cookies. Very good!
A month or so later a different story.
I ordered a Zax Snack and my wife ordered Salad.
There was only a few customers in the restaurant .
My Wife’s salad was ready in just a few minutes. I waited and waited for my order and finally I got my called up to the counter to pickup my order. Unfortunately,it wasn’t even warm. I asked for another and it came out cold too! I asked to talk to the manager, and he finally managed to get me a warm meal.
Ridiculous!
