This was my first time at this location and wow. It is very clean ????. Not crowded at all! Service was quick. Food order was correct. The staff was very nice and respectful. The manager walking around asking how things are. Amazing! Highly recommend.
EDIT: I was refunded the full price of my meal. I appreciate that much at least! They are trying to make it right and that is a good sign.
I ordered online at noon on August 21. It told me my order would be ready at 12:14. I arrived at Zaxbys at exactly 12:14. There was no order in the online order area. In order to be kind I waited five minutes assuming that maybe the employees were running behind. After five minutes and no sign of my order I pulled an employee aside and asked about my order. They told me to check where the online orders go on a shelf in the main lobby of the restaurant. Before I could respond that I had already checked the employee walked away. I pulled another employee aside THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING. I told them I am not stupid I know where too look for the orders you are the second person to tell me this it is not there please make my order which is now 15 minutes late on being made. The employee said sure and walked away. Five minutes later no movement on my order. I pulled a third employee aside who once again told me to check the shelf where they keep the online orders. I once again told them ITS NOT THERE. 20 minutes later then my order was due (and half of my work lunch break wasted) Randi and Scott were the only employees who were helpful and actually made sure my order was made. Despite that, my order was still not correct as I was missing a french fry. I have never been more ignored, insulted or disgusted by an experience at a fast food restaurant. It was very clear that no employee outside of the two previously mentioned cared, and they represented the company terribly. They were rude and unhelpful and too make matters worse failed to actually complete my order. Attached is the screenshot of my order and a picture of what I got, I have a video of my actually opening the food to prove I didn't tamper just to leave a bad review, google just won't let me attach the video. I wish they would give me a full refund. But after this experience I have a feeling they don't give a crap about any of their customers at all and defintely are not focused on customer service. Absolutely terrible experience and this Zaxbys should be ashamed of their work ethic. That being said Randi and Scott thank you for being the only helpful employees in a see of what looked like at least 20 other employees.
Our cashier was gracious and food is good. However that’s where it ends. Dining room was dirty. All tables were dirty although there were only 4 tables taken at the time. Even saw one customer have to ask for a wet napkin to wipe their own table down. Young women didn’t even offer to clean table for them. Floors looked like they hadn’t been swept all day. Good food, take pride in you restaurant
This place is God awful. My little family of 5 got food here and all of us ended up with food poisoning. Starting with vomiting and then diarrhea. And we have all had stomach issues since over a period of 4 days. We frequent this rest area when driving through the state but never ate here. We will not be coming back ever. ????????
I was only passing through on my way back from Orlando Florida. The food tasted good. This was my first time at this chain. I only had the salad and got the grilled chicken with it. The salad tasted good and the chicken was actually warm and tasty. Drinks are from a "100 different combinations" dispenser, but I only drank water lol.
Leavings four stars only because I’m convinced Kaylani ( not sure how to spell it) is the only reason this place is up and running. Not sure if this place was just having an off night but not only was my food terrible but I saw two others come in complaining of there’s. But this girl got everyone settled and in between took orders and got her some help! She was amazing and hopefully gets recognized for how hard she works!
Took 30 minutes to get our food, didn't get our zax sauce or toast, watched 2 different customers cancel their order and get there money back because they were so tired of waiting. Restaurant was messy and service wasn't friendly. We visit Zaxby's on the regular, it's one of our favorites but our visit to the Zaxby's in Live oak Florida was by far thee absolute worst. All of the people in the photo below waited atleast 30 minutes for their meal as well. However the food was warm and fresh
What can I say. Flip a coin. Food can be from really good to average. Service is usually ok. For months ice has been hit or miss. Almost never ice in the lobby. For the price you pay zaxby's excellence should be all the time.
Seems like poor management.
