Stopped here on our 7 hour drive home thinking it would be quick and easy. Waited 45 minutes for our food and 2 people, who ordered after us, got theirs almost immediately. It took me and husband going up to the counter 2 separate times to get our order. They also gave off the impression that they didn’t even have our ticket and had to read my receipt to know what we ordered. I understand it’s easy to lose something but just be honest with people. Also (not blaming this on the workers) the grilled chicken sandwich is disgusting do not order it.
Girl who took my order had her mind on everything but the customer. Got my order wrong 3 times. I said they don't do this in Pontotoc, she said this isn't Pontotoc now is it! I just got my money back and left. Place was filthy!
Outstanding service and clean, spacious well-lit dining room. Ordered two chicken finger plates with six chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, toast, and a drink. The outside presentation of the building is inviting and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless.l
Worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. I could understand if the location was short handed, but they weren’t. The employee who to my order was rude/impatient and kept interrupting me as I ordered with “anything else”. The food took forever to come out and when it did the buns to my sandwiches were burnt. I was also charged $0.25 for an extra zax sauce that I did not receive.
Seems to be a small town though so regardless of their service they’ll continue to get business due to it being one of the few restaurants around.
Food was fresh, service was fast, fries were well seasoned, and beast bars were nice and chilled to combat the summer climate.
Latisha at the drive thru very disrespectful. I’ve never experienced an unprofessional team member at the drive thru there until today please reach out to me so you guys can hear how badly I was treated . Food is great service trashhhh
