Didn’t have any bags to place order. Didn’t give condiments, servers with attitudes, wait time in drive through over 30 mins, dining room closed. Used to be a great place but has went down in service and food quality
I like Zaxby's. Love their food. Went through the drive-through. The gentleman at the window had a crappy attitude. Must’ve been hating life yesterday. He did forget to put a fork in for my coleslaw. Not a big deal, I use my lid from my soda as a scooper and ate my coleslaw ????. We were already on the highway heading home when I realized I didn’t have a fork so we weren’t going to turn around and go back for it.
Food was overcooked a few times and staff at this location are often rude. I have found hairs in my to go boxes multiple times. With the high prices they charge for meals, I would except it to be cooked correctly and staff to be careful with packaging and more hygienic. Will not go back.
It is under staffed the staff is being worked far to hard because it is being so under staffed. Poor management and owners was in the store never saw either.
I usually love to grab a Cobb salad from here when I get the chance, I’ve never had a problem eating here before, except for today when I open my salad and see that they served me lettuce that appears to be over a week old. I don’t know who thought it was okay to serve lettuce that’s that old but it could definitely make someone sick. I’m sad because I can’t eat my $11 salad now.
Chicken seemed to fit the bill for lunch today. Zaxbys sounded like a good choice. Ordered 2 zax snax and a kid tender. My son said his tenders were hot and juicy. Mine were not! If you like warm, dry chicken and not so fresh crinkle fries this place is for you.
The staff was very professional. Dining room was clean. However, the tables were not wiped down between guests. The food was very good. I did find several pieces of black rotted lettuce in my salad.
Zaxby’s is a fantastic dining destination for anyone craving delicious comfort food. Known primarily for its signature chicken dishes, this fast-casual restaurant offers a unique twist on classic flavors.
The menu features a variety of options, including their famous chicken fingers and wings. Each dish is perfectly cooked, ensuring a crispy coating and tender meat inside. For those looking for lighter fare, their fresh salads come topped with grilled or fried chicken, offering an excellent balance of taste and nutrition.
Zaxby’s also prides itself on its zesty sauces, adding an extra flavor to each meal. There's something to suit every palate, from the tangy Zax Sauce to the spicy Hot Honey Mustard.
The welcoming atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for families or friends to gather and enjoy a casual meal together. Whether dining in or taking out, Zaxby’s will satisfy your hunger while providing a fun experience.
