Went through the drive thru at 11:10 am on a Sunday. Ordered 4 meals, one including grilled chicken. They did inform me that the grilled chicken would take an extra 5-10 minutes which I had no problem with. Once we paid we were asked to park to wait for the food. We waited around 30 minutes along with 4-5 other cars. During that time we saw pizza be delivered to the restaurant. Maybe they had a pizza party lol. When they did bring the food out, they brought the bags for all of the cars waiting and went around to the cars asking what they ordered and handing out the bags. Our order was correct which was great but when I bit into my grilled chicken, it was not fully cooked ????. Needless to say, I think we will choose a different Zaxby’s location next time.
since moving to columbus i’ve come to this zaxbys about 7 times. and every single time they have been so sweet, always smiling, on point in the drive thru, take their time (about 10/15 min) in order to make your food RIGHT, and they realllly do deliver.
this is my plate tonight. perfect as always. juicy perfectly sauced sweet & spicy wings yet crunchy outside, perfectly seasoned hot fries, hot crispy chicken tenders, and even the toast was warm and buttered to perfection. AND THEY DONT EVER FORGET MY SAUCES! also their strawberry lemonade is amazing. i highly recommend you tell them to “go big” for $1 extra bc you get a large drink and large fries - worth it! their cookies are so good too i’m kicking myself tonight for forgetting them lol!
it’s a bunch of high school kids working here so i’ll be sad when they eventually move on to better jobs lol. never have i had such an incredible experience with such a young staff. whatever they do in the future you can tell they will be great at it though. thanks guys ????
Wow....just wow. I had to stop back here on my visit. We definitely need this store to come to Vegas immediately. Why hasn't one opened in the most tourist city in the US. Come on Zaxbys
They left out the chocolate bars for my Mr. Beast box, I had to turn around and go back. The fried white cheddar bites taste old and not fresh. The fries were cold and chicken tenders taste old. This is surprising, seeming that when I came during lunchtime, there was a long line. I don’t understand why the food is not fresh. They also didn’t even fill my drink up about 1/3 of the way full. I’m highly disappointed. The service was great and the employees were friendly but the food was not good .
I’ve had so many issues lately with this particular Zaxby’s at this location! The fries are hardly fresh unless you request them. Lately they’ve been pressing the cooking down flattening them I asked the girl at the window why do they do that it take away from the chocolate chip cookie itself in my opinion she replied they slam them down so they can flatten out themselves which made absolutely no sense to me today I got there today for Zaxby’s snack meal without drink and two orders of cookies for $1.99 one of the cookies looks as if someone bitch or broke off it this location need some serious changes! If I encounter another issues I’ll never visit this location again. I’ve filed a plethora of complaints via the survey im starting to realize this may be a leadership issue maybe Zaxby’s got the “wrong” people as leadership here there shouldn’t be continued misses opportunities daily! Attached is a screen capture from my capital one credit card for proof I purchase this and a picture of the cookie that either broke off which is strange or was bitten or intentionally broke off absolutely unacceptable!
Customer service was great but the food quality fell short. There wasn't a line when I went. My fries were hot, drink was wonderful, but my sandwich tasted old and it was dry. For the dollars spent I expected better. Very disappointed with this visit.
Various, sometimes the toast is cold or burnt, and sometimes it is hot and delicious , same goes for the tenders. The drive thru takes so long, prepare to sit for 10-20 minutes!
Our family eats at Zaxby's at lease once a week, and the Bradley Park location iin Columbus, Georgia is our choice even though it is not closest to our home. Manager Xavier is our favorite employee, but all workers have been friendly, efficient and kind during the visits over the last year. The prices for chicken platters and salads are very reasonable,
and the food is consistently delicious. We usually eat inside the restaurant, and the trash cans are emptied regularly, the restrooms have been clean and the tables cleared for customers. The landscaping is kept up beautifully, and the parking lot is safe and clean. Our only idea for improvement is suggesting the workers ask before putting Zax Sauce packets on the trays or bags of chicken orders. Our family loves the food without adding Zax Sauce.
