Best WLM Reviews
The food here is really hit or miss. One day it’ll be hot and fresh then another day it’ll be cold and you’ll have to wait a while for it. Customer service is always friendly.
Pretty good chicken-topped salads for fast food. The interior is warm and decorated with local Marine paraphernalia. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine.
The salads here are amazing! They're so big and deep and reasonably priced. I usually get the Cobb salad (zalad) the grilled and the fried are delicious. I've also tried the tenders and those are really good too.
My husband and I went to Zaxbys today and it was good. I just had to go for a Zenzation Zalad, since I had seen on a commercial that they had brought it back. The citrus vinaigrette dressing is absolutely amazing! It seems that the eggroll was a little soft and it either is different than it was before, or I just remember it different since it has been a while! Either way, the only thing I would do different is the eggroll. I went ahead and gave them 5 stars because the salad as a whole, was really good, and the white cheddar bites were also very good, as always!
The floor was so sticky, that my shoes stuck to it. The fries we cold and hard, soda had zero carbonation in it. Chicken sandwich was pretty good, but not enough sauce on it. Trash bins had not been emptied all day. None of the booths were cleaned off either. I could possibly understand the appearance of everything if it was rush hour, but it was not. Will not be going back due to it being like this the last time I came here a couple of months ago. I was hoping things had gotten better.
I ordered the kid meal nuggets because I never been at Zaxby’s before. I ask what kid cheese was. I said I want kid nuggets and cheese bites and the cashier didn’t hear me. My first time and the customer service wasn’t great no wonder I never came to try this place until today. Learn to differentiate between a question and an order. Most people on the go doesn’t have the time to go back and forth to see if the cashier knows how to listen to the customer.
Really good chicken tenders well worth the price really good service
This food was amazing! The prices were reasonable and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I got two meals for like $13 and I bnb would definitely reccomend using the app and just picking up your order because the line is kind of long but I understand why, its because the food is so good! 5 stars for sure, I will be back!
