Waited in line for 20 minutes paid $30 for my food just to receive an order that looks like it’s been fried & then refried again. The sauce is dried as if it sat under the heat lamp for hours, the tenders are nasty & the fries are salty. Came home & now my boyfriend & I have nothing to eat ! & no one answers their store phones now ? This is unacceptable. I’m in the service industry & for you to be that slow the food should at least be fresh!!! Will never come back to this location!
Smaller portions and higher prices. Normal fries is now "extra". Get the Cole slaw and throw it away. You can do better. Even the sauce packets are not filled.
Laughable. The fried pickles are so overcooked the pickles are all the way dried out. Not to mention, you place an order for pickup only to go and find the doors are closed and locked. At 7pm. No signage on the door as to why so you’re forced to sit in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes just to pick up your order. This location is by far the worst in the area.
**EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE**
Ordered take out and there was a missing milkshake and sandwich that was fried instead of grilled so I had to drive back to the restaurant. I was immediately greeted by Vicky who was SO apologetic. They were very busy and I understand mistakes do happen. She told the staff that my order was wrong and I heard several "sorry's" from the team. I truly appreciated Vicky's handling of the situation and going beyond by adding fries to the grilled chicken sandwich and offering a free dessert for my "trouble". Thank you Vicky and your staff for such a pleasant experience to correct a very small mistake.
I admit, my experience here can be hit or miss, however, I went on 12/1 to dine inside (usually do drive-thru) and service was great. I had the pleasure of meeting Jania (hope I’m spelling your name correctly!) and she was attentive and very sweet to myself and my 7 year old. We didn't have to wait long for the food and it was delicious.
Food was good once we finally got it... We were 2 of only 3 people inside the restaurant and it took over 20 min to get a salad & a sandwich-combo.
Young man working the register was very nice & apologetic (not his fault the kitchen wasn't delivering).
There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the aisle between tables, which was a huge turn off.
Convenient stop off I77, but would probably drive past for something else next time.
Went in to get food a little after 10am on Saturday. Door was locked. I said okay, maybe the sign that says open at 10am is wrong, so waited till 10:30. Then, someone else comes up and decides to go to the drive thru window to see if we can get in. They told them they weren't taking orders until 11:30. Why have the open signs up then??
Ordered a Salad with grilled chicken, without cheese since I’m breastfeeding and my baby has dairy allergy which causes him bloating, colics and vomiting. I got a salad with fried chicken instead. I was annoyed but didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, only to discover cheese at the bottom of the plate. To say I’m upset is an understatement
