Best WLM Reviews
The food came out cold which really surprised me because the food usually comes out extremely hot.
The wings were the most cold, felt like they had been sitting out for at least an hour.
The bread was burnt on one side and the other side was completely white.
The drink machine had really no drinks available while I was there and there were many flys and even some stink bugs near the windows and tables.
As well as it was hard to find seating, not because the place was amazing and busy but because all of the tables had sauce and crumbs all over.
Find a different location, this one isn’t great‼️‼️
We’d never been to Zaxby’s before. To me, it tastes very similar to Cane’s chicken. Their main thing are chicken strips, fries, bread, and a peppery sauce.
Our food came out quickly, well-made, and hot.
The trash was over-flowing- but it was late.
Regarding the comparison to Raising Cane’s- the bread at Raising Cane’s is better. Also, the peppery sauce tastes fresher. The chicken at Zaxby’s is more flavorful, but the chicken at Raising Cane’s seemed higher quality.
Come on man. I just 50 bucks on a doordash delivery and my chicken tender avocado wrap has 3 strands of lettuce on it. You know damn well it's not supposed to look like this. Do better!!!
Very great place. Hayden is a great worker and he serves us very well. I go here often with my good friend Marley and my boyfriend and we go just to see Hayden because he is such an excellent worker. If I was a manager I would give him A MILLION raises. He is so good at his job; he goes out of his way to make sure our experience is optimized. Bless that hardworking boy.
Amazingly priced! Real chicken! The most courteous staff for a fast food clean I have seen in forever! Selina was an absolute sweetheart with amazing customer service and really cared about making our meals as perfect as possible! I wish this was up north where I come from! A real southern treat!
Stopped in to grab lunch here today, one word describes it all. DISGUSTING! no one inside eating but my family. Every table was dirty, trash was running over. The floor was sticky and nasty, not to mention there was a box fan from counter to kitchen blowing contaminants all over the place.. I could go on but ill stop here.
Food was great I used drive thru and order cookies that I didn't get. I was passing through that town so I probably won't get my cookie I paid for. 2022 Update to this review dinning in is a better experience than drive thru clean restaurant clean bathroom food is good I’m currently enjoying the Cobb grill Chicken salad!
I have not been to Zaxby's in over a year due to my last experience. Everyone deserves a second chance. This goes around. Everything was much better all the way down to the service. This salad was amazing, especially the dressing. I hate that they are taking it off the menu. I wonder if it would help to ask them to keep it?
