Best WLM Reviews
The restaurant was immaculate. The young lady who took my order was friendly and fast. I had my kids with me and they were all over the place with what they wanted and she was so patient while helping them choose the best meal for them. Sherika is truly a star employee.
What is this like I expect this in a Tyson chicken package the tenders are smaller than 1 finger not even the size of the small logo on the To-Go box and yet had to pay $20 for this
The food was delicious and came out nice and quick. Jayden was pleasant and friendly. Sherika was super helpful and so sweet. She helped my mom download the app and explained the reward system (my mom is a 70 year old woman, so it certainly took at least a little bit of patience). Both of them are very appreciated and we can’t wait for our next mother-daughter lunch date at Zaxby’s
Sherika was very accommodating and awesome. The store was barely open and she got me in and out. The food at this location is always fresh and the customer service is great. Even when I come in and someone new takes my order, the workers that are accustomed to me coming in stop what they’re doing and assist them. I love this location
So I ordered uber eats tonight 8 items, I received 3. They let an order go out of 8 items with only 3 items not when thinking twice. I called the restaurant and spoke with Gage Dunn he was a dumb as they come. He said it must have been when we had a bunch of orders. No Gage, that's not an excuse! As a manager it's your job to make sure the orders come out correctly. If you can't handle 4 orders at once you need to find another job. You are NOT QUALIFIED! he has nothing to say but that. This will be my list order at zaxbys. This was the worst customer service I've ever received. He did nothing to try to fix it or correct it. Yet I had to go back on uber eats and spend more money to order my original order and pay fees to have it delivered. Gage, go find another job you are not equipped for this one.
Sherika S. At the 8585 Ulmerton Rd. Largo, Fl. 33771 location is on point! She assisted me with my order when I was undecided of what I wanted. When I got to the window she was very personable. What blew me away was her knowledge of the awards app and even told me where to go for each steps to earn point and also to receive five fingers for doing a survey. She deserves a raise! Broke everything down to a T for me. Best experience I’ve had at this location.
Grace and Sherika always have exceptional customer service whenever we visit. The food is hot and fresh as well. These ladies are a rare commodity in the industry. Naturally pleasant and professional. Thank you ladies!
Sherika was amazing and extremely helpful. My son loves her. Every time he comes here he gets so excited to see her! Thank you for your wonderful service
