Went to the drive thru and ordered a 4 Finger chicken finger plate dipped in buffalo garlic w/ a Cole slaw and fries and a strawberry lemonade. The chick at the drive thru gives us the food and tell us have a good day and shuts the window. Ok I need my lemonade. She gave it. Cool... I drive all the way home to find out the whole dang on order wrong. I get dry chicken fingers, wings, no cole slaw and fries. I wanted to take it back but my gf had to be at work ????
I've been a regular here for a couple of years and noticed the portion sizes shrinking, especially the chicken sandwich. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to find the chicken sandwich significantly bigger than before. Kudos to the new vendor—keep them!
My experience in here today at 4:45pm was great. The manager who took my order was very polite. The young lady was very nice to me also. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The restroom was very clean and smelled good. The inside of the restaurant was also clean. Very satisfied customer. I let the manager know also and he was very nice saying thank you and thanked us for coming. We don't get out much this way but we did today and glad we had a great experience and I wanted to give a review of the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms were a plus most if the time establishments don't clean bathrooms there's were very clean. We will be back. I appreciate nice workers and a clean restroom and tables and also a clean restaurant. I didn't get the names of employees but the night shift care. And the food was amazing and tasted really fresh and looked good. Thanks for the care of your customers food and being nice!!
Ordered a fried southwest salad and received a grilled and also requested eggs with no tomatoes due to me being allergic and guess what, I have tomato with no eggs smh.
My wife also ordered a wings meal with tongue torch sauce and the wings was barely sauced and was not fresh at all . It’s almost as the restaurant did not care.
This makes me never want to visit this location again I will not recommend this location to any family or friends
Everything about this location is great! Staff is so helpful, food is always great and it’s a nice clean restaurant. You need to go here if you are in the area. 5+++ stars!!
The service was efficient, the employees were very friendly, and the wait time was more than decent. ????
I just went through the drive thru & they had the nerve to tell me they can't add anything to my order at the window. She told I need to go back around & order again! No one else was in line nor inside lol! They must not want sales. I will never go here again
The man that took my order was nice and friendly. He gave me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted to order. The only 2 things that I saw wrong was when I walked in, it was sticky all over and the fountain drink counter was sticky. This was my first time coming to Zaxby's in a long time. It's a good place and I love it.
