Got us the wings and things today! I was really disappointed. I waited about 10 minutes for our food and it was cold. The fries were cold and the chicken taste like it’s been laying out. When you pay almost $40 for food it atleast needs to be warm. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
Gen z kids have GOT to do better…… the girl gave me a straw first thing in drive thru then gave me my food with no drink . The drink is supposed to be first…….. so you don’t forget it………. Wake up Gen z….
I got the cobb salad and it was so good. I won't lie I was surprised. My husband got wings and the fries loaded down with all kinds of goodies (I don't remember what exactly). He said his was really good as well!
Been here twice and had issues with my order each time. The first time they was really rude but not the second time so that a plus. Good food over all.
Ordered Zax Snack and taco meals (2 meals) from parking lot. Waited at the counter while order after order was handed out. We saw an order sitting behind the counter but thought nothing of it. After a while, I approached the counter with my receipt and asked the status of my order. My order was the one sitting on the counter getting cold. My name, clearly on the receipt, was never called. It just sat there. The food was just warmed up, and the chicken was tough. Not the fresh, hot, and tender I'm used to from Zaxbys.
I went they to drive thru to take a salad back to my hotel for dinner. I bought my favorite Zaxby’s Cobb Zalad. I love them! This one just wasn’t as tasty. It lacked some cheese & tasted like it had been sitting most the day, not very fresh. Oh well, you can’t always get a winner! The salad was just ok. Not stopping at Zaxby’s in Tupelo anymore.
This is the BEST Zaxbys I have been to yet!!! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was delightful!! I got the chicken bacon ranch fries and the cheese was nice and gooey, melted!!! And the amount of ranch, so amazing!!! I am such a foodie and this place really did it for me on my road trip!!
I don’t know why in the drive thru they have you pull up and wait. No one else was in line. They take forever to bring food out and then it’s cold
