Update: Stopped yesterday and didn't have the great experience we were used to. I got the 10 boneless wings and they passed these little tiny nuggets off as full sized. I've gotten small ones before at other Zaxby's but they've also given me more than 10 to make up for the little ones. This Zaxby's didn't do that. I paid full price and 3 of them together were the size of 1. Very disappointed. Rating used to be 5 stars.
Original: Great food. Clean bathroom. A great mowed area to walk dogs if you are traveling with them. The walking area is why we have picked to stop here again while traveling!
Great place to eat. The GM is awesome and she is always so nice and helpful! Food came out in less then 1 minute and was fresh and hot. Staff are so polite! Obviously a very well ran place. So clean also!
Popped in here for a quick to go order for dinner. The building seemed very clean and orderly. The drive-through was busy but the dining room seems pretty empty. There seem to be plenty of staff available but not much interest in helping customers. It wasn't bad service just seems like they couldn't care less if I was there. The food was hot and delicious.
Dined in and my order was ready in minutes. Fun self-serve soda machine where you can customize a drink (such as diet Dr. Pepper with cherry vanilla!). $11.75 for a big house salad with chicken tenders and the drink. Love their ranch salad dressing (be sure to ask for two packets). Everything was clean and tidy, including the rest rooms. Definitely recommend.
Was going to eat here, stopped in the bathroom before ordering. One of the staff came out of the stall post poo and rinsed his hands for about 2 seconds before returning to work.
I tried washing my hands after doing my business to find that there was no soap in either dispenser. So eating here didn’t seem like a good idea.
My food is always cold never fresh and they never get my sauces right go to Alabaster and you will never have an issue with any of these problems!! kids are always working at this location and never paying attention to what they are doing always he hauling around playing in the drive-through area you go in and ask for hot food. Maybe you'll get it without something happening to your food.!!
Workers were extremely rude and hated their jobs. My chicken dipped in tongue torch only had a little drizzle of tongue torch and that's it. All the tables were dirty and they were out of all carbonated drinks as well as sweet tea.
The best chicken fingers I've ever eaten... The only place I will eat fried chicken. I really like the Cobb salads!! You need to try it if you haven't!!!
