As expensive as this restaurant is you'd think they would substitute for being out of items needed to complete the orders.. I ordered the Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries and was told they were out of forks but they failed to let me know they didn't have ranch for the fries. ????
Ordered a kicked chicken sandwhich with Zac sauce on the side and two large sweet teas… what we got was chicken tenders with a peice of bread and a sweet tea went back to get it fixed and they said that was t what we ordered. You can’t hear anything in the drive threw speaker and they don’t look like they even wanna be here had to wait from them to fix the order and someone came out and said are you wanting in an order what is it again. Bread was burnt chicken was way over cooked and fries were not good at all
My food was cold and the service was awful everyone had an attitude like they didn’t want to be there worst experience of my life I will not be back the energy was completely off and negative!!
The only problem is the drive through, the speaker is messed up you can't hear anyone and they have a hard time hearing you, I've told the head manager several months ago and still will not replace it.
Sometimes having 5 people come in and order can be a task. Tonight the food was amazing and the service was top notch. Thank you for everything!
Was I shocked to see how empty this place was! But the food was prepared very quickly and efficiently. Was a take out order and was filled correctly. Will be by again next time we are in town.
Rudest customer service I have ever had. I was very disappointed at Hartwell GA drive thru the cashier treated us like we could take our business somewhere else she definitely could careless about having to work she dropped the bag of food on the ground, she didn't place money in hand kinda toss back some change made it inside the vehicle dollar bills flew on ground I asked several times for extra Catch up, not one pack in the bag very disappointed.I would not recommend this zaxby's at all
It's a fine zaxbys, but when getting a meal they forgot my drink and when I asked for it, I got no ice in it.
