I went Zaxbys in Tullahoma it is right at the end of my road and really like it we'll most of the time. The last 2 times have been horrible. Tonight I wanted almost 15 minutes for French fries! Unacceptable! When I went to see what was going on there was no employees at the counter almost 2 minutes before one showed up and she looked confused. When I said where is my order she was like we are waiting on fries and I said for almost 15 minutes! She said let me check! I said good idea! She came back with it's going g to be 2 more minutes, I said did they have to peel the potatoes! I asked for the manager, who never addressed my issue. Also sent a different person to bring me my order! The manger at this store is a coward and should not be a manager of a storage facility if he or she cannot address customers complaints or issues! 35 years of automotive from boats to semi's. Had to deal with customer issues regularly. Your fry guy if even qualified needs to be replaced or retrained. When I did finally get my order and home and opened it, it was everything in my power to not drive back there and throw it back at them. The fries were warm and some were smashed and you could see the carelessness as well as cole slaw was not with order as specified on the receipt. Unfortunately I do not see me returning or driving 30 minutes away from my house to go to Zaxbys. I hope this problem gets resolved and nobody else has this experience but twice was enough for me.

Would not go anytime soon ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and got no seasoning on the fries, chicken barely cut, and it's just a piece of bacon.. nothing chopped. I asked for extra seasoning and sauce got nothing and 0 utensils or napkins.. guess everyone took the day off making my food
Been here a few times, the workers are always friendly and do a great job. Plus, it's Zaxby's, so you know the food is excellent for fast food. The cheesecake bites are insanely good.
I placed a mobile order and I tried to called the store to let them know I was going to be late picking up because I had to work over. No one answers the phone. I then show up at least 45 minutes later than estimated time and they tried to serve me and my 7 year old food that had been sitting out for the whole time, the food was so cold. I then told the employee that it was cold so he got the manager, Lizz king, who said I should have picked up in time and it wouldn’t be cold, I told her I tried to call but nobody would answer, she then tried to keep arguing and I told her I’ll just get my money back, she calls the GM Marlene and then I’m told to come back at 5 because she (Lizz) doesn’t know how to do a refund.. I did get the refund at 5 when I returned to restaurant but terrible customer service I understand it’s partly my fault for placing the order and something coming up but I tried to call and then when I go to pick up you try to serve me chicken that has set out for an hour.. no thank you. Me and my family will never eat at this location ever again. Terrible customer service..
I attend Zaxby regularly. I travel throughout the middle region. Mount Juliet, Smyrna, Tullahoma etc. tullahoma is by far the worse one. I ONLY get the salad and I’m only writing a review because this is now the 3rd time I’ve gone and it’s been like this. The salad is very old and discolored, the tomatoes and cucumbers are very soggy and not fresh at all. It seems that they are pre-making the salads and they aren’t made to order. I do not think it’s fair to charge individual upwards of 10.00 for an old vegetable salad. I know how it should look as well as taste and this is beyond old I didn’t even finish this one.
Love their Zalads, and I buy bags of ice from them all the time. Great service, and I send a shout out to Elizabeth... she's great ????
Listen, I’ve never had a bad experience at Zaxbys Tullahoma, but whoever is in the kitchen tonight deserves a raise and a half! That food slapped harder than your grandmama when you talked back! I had to pull over and give Jesus a praise break! Those fries were crispier than your uncle’s Easter suit.
